Felt okay out of the box, but need to try them again at home and see. I don't love the way the shoe looks, but it's very difficult to find cute shoes because my feet are so tricky to fit and find a shoe that doesn't hurt. In my opinion, these look too much like "old lady comfort shoes", at least on my feet. I'm wondering if I can find some kind of simple embellishment that's not a bow to make them classic and current. Zappos is absolutely amazing, I don't go anywhere else!! Thank you Zappos for the incredible service!

I really, REALLY wanted to love these shoes! I had searched for a silver/silver tone flat for over a month, I do a lot of walking around campus, so SoftWalk made sense. The *only* reason why I returned is because I realized an almond or pointed toe would be better with how I'd want to wear the shoes. Otherwise, beautiful shoe, I'm sorry to let them go!

Very, very comfy with arch support but I happen to need more support since I have a high instep/arch. Runs a little wide for me. Nice shoe. It was great to find a 10.5. Sorry I had to return them. It was very close to being a keeper!

Like the shoes but was not the same color depicted in the picture. It was darker, almost burgundy. Great shoe anyway. Already have black. So, not going to return.

I wish I could love this shoe! The arch support is moderate- not as good as I would have liked and the heel felt like it was going to slip off. I tried the 7 1/2 M and it felt too small around my toes and heel.

Really cushioned footbed but too tight across the toes - exchanging for a wide.

the overall color of the shoe was inconsistent with the toe being a darker shade then rest of shoe. And personally i felt the shoe is too high on top of foot. and the toe box too short - top to bottom.. hurt my big toe.

These were comfortable (I swapped footbed for my orthotics) and cute. I ordered the platinum color, but then decided I would prefer a black shoe.

I’ll be the first to admit finding a good pair of shoes for me is a challenge. Having said that, I had high hopes for this pair but they proved to be much too wide, especially in the heel. I returned them, grateful for Zappos’ easy return process.

They fit fine in toe area but they give way on sides when you walk. They are to big in back of foot. Nice shoe if not for the sides giving away.

The toe of these extra wide shoes is quite narrow and currently being stretched. The leather is hard and stiff and the only soft/comfortable part is the cushion insert that I cannot use because I need room for my custom inserts. The shoes are too long and I had to get Dr. Scholl's cushions for the heel so that the very tight but too long shoes won't fall off.

Bought it for someone else. She felt it was too large, it was falling off her heels. Thought it felt stiff. Did not like style

The shoes were overall very stiff!--- I was not inclined to take a chance of having to break them in before having a comfortable shoe.

The curved edging, on the top of these shoes, landed where the joint of my big toe sits. As a result, they rubbed and felt uncomfortable.

I liked the shoe, but it pinched the top of my feet and felt small in the toe area, while the heel came up too low. If it had fit, the padding would have been comfy. I am a standard 7.5 and have been for years. This is just a weird shoe.

The color "mocha" that I was sent - at least that's what the box said - looked nothing like the photo. The color I got is more of a baby-poop color. The show had no shape and is not attractive. So sorry to say.

The shoe felt stiff and uncomfortable. Perhaps a version made of suede or fabric would be more comfortable.

The Sonoma seems to run large. Also, I found the style a little old lady-ish. Just not the right shoe for me. Returning.
