Had to order 1/2 size larger shoe looked like good quality

Very comfortable.

So so comfortable & color was perfect. I am between sizes so could not make these work.

Finally a pair of shoes that I can wear! Size 12 medium. Toe box is roomy and I don't walk out of the heel, will probably add heel grips as I have a narrow foot, but with the heel grips I will be fine. I am technically a 13 VERY narrow (try and find that!), but I can wear a 12 medium if the toe box is roomy and I don't walk out of the heel.

Very comfortable! And also very stylish!! I wore them for the first time to a wedding and was on my feet all day with no problem.

Honestly, the most comfortable flats I own!

Heavenly! High quality leather, solid construction, arch support (in a ballet flat!), and all-day walking comfort. Wide width was perfect!

These are my favorite ballet flats. I bought the nude color in my normal size but a wide (after trying the regular width) and they fit perfect. I normally don’t ever need a wide in any shoes but I tried with these and they’re perfect. I love them so much (although they did wear on the heels much faster than I’d like) that I ordered another pair in the same color and a black pair. I love these shoes! I can wear them all day at work and my feet don’t hurt at the end of the day. Highly recommended!

Too tight on right bunion.

Excellent, excellent. Outstanding. Put them on and they fit perfectly. I’m a petite woman with very narrow feet. And very difficult to buy shoes. This was my first time ordering shoes online. A happy camper.

LOVE the shoes, exactly what I was looking for. Wonderful soft leather. Felt true to size EXCEPT the cut went directly over and cut into my bunions. So sorry I have to return them.

Love the look but they were N and I guess I need 2A. I kept walking out of the back. I long for the "good old days" when you could buy a AAAA heel on your shoe. I am still looking, though I am looking for a not too dressy white flat.

Beautiful flat, soft leather, exactly what I was looking for. That being said, the cut is too low for my foot with the edge going right over my bunions, reducing Comfort to 3 stars, and makes my feet look like gnarly old lady feet (which they really are !!). Really want them but I'm not sure if I'll keep or return. In the meantime I'll keep looking for something similar with a higher cut, knowing that Zappos superior service gives me enough time to decide.

The insoles are way too thick. I took them out and the shoe is still comfortable. It fits true to size without the insoles. Simple style and high quality. The sole is rubber.

I love them I wore these in high school and have not had a pair like these since.

I have worn this shoe several times and gotten many compliments....got the snake looking one, I got the 10.5 Wide. But as in all shoes, the heel slips out. I don't know why shoe manufacturers think if you have a wide foot your heel is wide too? Anyway, got some heel pads and they help, not perfect, still some slipping but I do love the shoe....getting another color.

The quality of the shoes is good, they just do not fit my wide feet. I have a high instep and wide forefoot. The leather of the shoe is lovely and the silver is actually very nice -- not cheap looking at all. If you have more average feet, these might be better for you.

I thought the shoe was going to be silver, but it is more of a dark platinum color, so if you really need silver, these are not the shoes. Truly Comfortable.

I have only tried the on while inside--haven't worn them yet. Wish the opening for the toe came a little higher up on my foot.

These shoes are super comfortable and pretty cute (for a 'comfort' shoe)-- I got the silver color to wear with 'fun' outfits. I got a 7 1/2 WW to accommodate my bunions, which they definitely do. They are a smidge long, but not enough to size down-- I don't feel significant slippage on my heel, but there is a teensy bit of space back there. All things considered, they are very comfortable. I also have metatarsalgia and find the insoles to be quite cushy and comfortable, I don't think I will need to replace them with specialized insoles, which is great! I got these on sale for about $65, which feels like a good deal; I'm not, however, certain if I would feel completely comfortable spending $100...maybe in a black or something that was intended for more day-to-day wear. As a 'special occasion' kind of shoe, the price was right at $65!

These are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn...thinking of ordering these in other colors.

I didn’t realize that I purchased a wide in this shoe at first (and I always buy medium width in everything) so I guess they do run a little narrow. That being said, I love these shoes and once I purchased one pair I had to have them in another color. I did go down a half size and they fit perfectly. I highly recommend these!

These are really lovely shoes. Unfortunately for me, my foot is such that they cut into the top of my foot, so I will be sending them back.

Great comfort shoe in a tidy and cute little ballet flat. Amazing insoles with the best support I’ve seen in a flat. My feet are very swollen and tender from RA, so these don’t work for me because they’re a little too sturdy. If you need a cute walking shoe for travel or work then I think these would be a great purchase. The black python leather looks nice and chic.
