I love my Neumels this was my 5th pair I have several colors! What I was not happy with was how my shoes were shipped. Very sloppy, very rudely packaged, no packaging slip, just thrown into a box & shipped I won’t be ordering from Zappos ever again…

I love these boots, so comfortable the minute you put them on. The fit was perfect. I have other Uggs in size 8, so that’s what I ordered.
Unfortunately I am going to have to return them because I had an unexpected household expense.?
