They are warm and comfortable. Only thing I found a little annoying the laces are very long. This causes stepping on them. To double knot them takes away from the cuteness of them. Anyway a great shoe love my Ugg's !!!!!

The shoes are so comfortable and so nice to wear. Especially in the winter to keep your feet warm. There the best shoes I have and hope to get more!!

I use it to go into the city. Last week when it was 9 degrees my feet were warm. I have always wanted to get these boots but I never needed it. I bought it as a gift for someone and it was too small, so now its all mine. It doesn't have good arch support for me so i bought insoles. But i did get these on sale so I ended up paying full price with the addition of insoles, in the end.
Other than these boots lacking arch support, it works great for me. However my kids do not find any flaws with any Ugg boots including these.

I purchased is as a gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves them. She says they are very comfy and they keep her feet nice and warm. Easy to slip on/off.
