I would not purchase this product againI purchased this product for Christmas hello and I ordered them in a size 8 but they fit like a size 9. I would like to return them, so how do I go about making a return of this product.

My daughter ripped the foot within the first week. Not worth the money I paid for them

Where the boot hit my shin was really uncomfortable and tight , rubbed my shin all day long and even thought my feet were perfectly warm, the rubbing was super uncomfortable, had to return :/

Can not get you foot in it!!

I loved these boots the first time I wore them. After that highly disappointed. They do not keep form, The stretch out look deformed. They fit perfectly the first time I wore them the second time they are too big.

I could not even get my feet in these shoes and they looked like knock offs

Got a size 10 because that's the size I wear but the shoe was entirely too big and I was unable to return this shoe. I'm so disappointed.

Very uncomfortable I got a blister even wearing taller socks with them and are way too bulky very unsatisfied.

I do not have the product, I sent it back. It was not Red, it was a grey color. Those Neumel were NOT for me. I have a NARROW foot, and They were just too wide for me

I recently purchased the "UGG Numel" Red variant, for a Christmas present for my girlfriends sister. We'll long story short she is still mean to me. So it didn't work. 1 star, would not recommend.

It didn't say it would ship weeks later or I would've ordered the shoe this is terrible

Where do I begin? Perhaps it's me, perhaps it's UGG, but from delivery to wear I have been disappointed in these shoes. I am also rewriting my review because I originally tried to submit one but apparently the system did not like what I had to say. I am a teacher so comfort is so important to me, I have been wearing UGG's since the craze of the early 2000's when EVERYONE had to have a pair, and I may have even worn them in the spring and summer with shorts.....This year I opted to go for a different style as I am always in the boot and have purchased at least 10 pairs in store over the years. This shoe is NOT the quality I have grown accustomed to with UGG. The inside liner is not as plush as other boots, and it does not come up on the boot, so the seam rubs my skin throughout the day. I have worn these shoes to work on three separate occasions hoping that they just needed to be broken in, but they really are just not a great shoe. I am disappointed in this very pricey mistake. Merry Christmas to me..... blisters and last years boots. Bright side, shipping was lightning fast!

We used the measurement chart that is provided by ugg to order these boots and when they arrived they were way to big. We ordered a size 8 but it seems a size 6 would fit better. However that's not how the measurement chart indicates. Just going to return and by in store.

I wanted to love these shoes; but they were extremely huge at the top, and made my feet look like clown shoes. I am in the process of returning them.

I order them with two other pairs, but never got them in my shipment. So I had to get refund. The representative could just send them out, was told I would have to re order. So I decided not to go through the hassel. I've always bought uggs but now I may not.

This boot was too big, could not go smaller. Looked too clunky on me

Too small and I've been getting the run around about returning them because there was no return label

Size 10 Is too tight for me, I have to return it for an exchange To size 11

During snow storm Ib had to go to the store and I felt my feet cold and they were also slippery.
