It wasn't fitted at all and ran really big

I was so excited when I saw these boots, and then very disappointed when I tried them on. I know UGGS are wider than other boots, but these boots (in a size 5) were over 4" wide. Much wider than any of my other UGGS. So your foot looks extremely wide. The shoelaces are awful. I could not tie them tight enough for a good fit. I could have easily replaced the shoelaces, but the width of the boot was more than I cared for. So I returned the boots, and very disappointed. I ordered the chestnut color. Maybe in black they would not look so wide.

I paid the extra fee to have my daughters birthday present wrapped since I was sending it directly to her at college over 750 miles away from home. The present did not come wrapped and I was charged for wrapping. Don't waste your money on any extras with UGG. They fall short.

I returned these as soon as I received them. VERY heavy and bulky. not as cute as in person.

Cheap all around. Fit is boxy and weird, cinching the side pulls made it look worse. The most awful part is you are covered in fuzz and pills immediately! The seatbelt of my car is completely ivory with fuzz, and there is fuzz everywhere I put this thing down. Would not buy again, would not recommend. I returned same day.

I was very excited to get my (3rd) new pair of Uggs after my dog chewed up my other 2, and they came completely ripped. It is a long and challenging process to get an exchange, and almost taunting bad luck after my fate with the other 2 pairs! Was very disappointed

I am highly disappointed in the color of the clog. In the picture, it's a rich chocolate brown. Once, I received the show, it's a greenish tone not a warm brown. The shoe, itself looks dull and dingy. It does run small, in typically a 6.5 and sized up to a 7 which hits snug without socks.

They looked ridiculous. Returned.

Color doesn't look anything like it does online. Instant return. It looks like baby poop green, not a nice pretty taupe like I had expected

I have always been a fan of UGG slippers but quality seems to have taken a nosedive. The fur around the opening of these slippers is marked by an ugly ring of white glue (huge contrast against the black makes it obvious when wearing) and the fur itself was patchy and sparse. Also, the packaging that these were shipped with tears into small paper fibers that have been stuck to the shoes ever since. You cannot clean the packaging fibers out of the suede, so they appear dirty at the first wear. Very disappointing.

I'm obsessed with these shoes!! I paid full price for the white ones and sooooo worth it! When they went on sale I bought ever color! Unfortunately the tan color in both size 8 1/2 and 9 made a "knocking noise" in the heel when you walk. The other colors are perfect and silent. I'm sad bc I really loved the tan color but I'm definitely happy with my other 4 pair!

These socks were actually very pricey. For the price the quality was horrible. On the first day the threads were coming out and the socks are way too big. They are so thin.

The shoe was uncomfortable and the quality was not up to being called Uggs. I returned them.

Shoes run small they hurt my feet!

The ascot leather men's slippers are well worth the price. The construction and materials are very high quality. I used to buy my slippers from LL Bean and they didn't hold up very long as I am hard on footwear.

I don't understand how these passed any type of quality control. Part of the boot wasn't even stitched. These were supposed to be a Christmas gift.

Shoes came packaged like someone had sent them back and everything was thrown in the box and wrapping paper around shoes was all crumpled up. These were a gift for my granddaughter for Christmas and they look like I bought them at the 2nd hand store! I am sending back. My expectation is when I order something that it comes clean and packaged in new condition.

I was excited about getting these but they look like clowns shoes on my feet I wish I could get a refund ! Or exchange for a smaller size .

Brought a pink and orange pair. Both faded and stained very easily. Even when spraying the protective spray on them

I got the boot to match a coat that I brought .....when the boot arrived it wasn't what I expected. The shade was different

Since these do not come in 1/2 sizes and i wear an 8 1/2. I got a nine afraid 8 would be too small. The 9 is far too big.
