These shoes run really big! I wear a 7 and had to exchange for a 6 and still have some wiggle room! The best part was the super fast turn around time. I really appreciate that!

A great, good looking boot with a timeless look. I had a pair that had water stains that marred their look. So, i just ordered another pair and was pleased to find that UGG now offers a waterproof silicone rubber shoe cover for the Neumel boot so that it can retain its' good looks when worn in inclement weather.

Got my granddaughters their first pair of Ugg's. They love them.

I loved these boots the first time I wore them. After that highly disappointed. They do not keep form, The stretch out look deformed. They fit perfectly the first time I wore them the second time they are too big.

These were the exact shoes that my granddaughter wanted for Christmas. I hope that she loves them when she finally gets them o Christmas!

I like the ugg neumal because my feet are flat (no arch) & wide. This boot is so comfortable I can wear them all day everyday. I'm going to purchase more colors wish they weren't so expensive though.

I like how warm these boots are and I like the color. I was a little disappointed that they look more like 'men' boots than women, but if worn with boot cut jeans, they work.

I had waited to buy these for a long time due to the price and the fact that I already have so many other Ugg boots. I really wanted the chestnut color so I finally bought them. The reason for my rating is these shoes are unusually and unnecessarily wide. The other thing s they hit a weird spot on the back of my leg so they are constantly rubbing when I walk, making it slightly uncomfortable. I will have to get some type of protectors to stop the rubbing. The positives are the color is perfect and they are warm with enough cushioning so I am keeping them but had I known that they were going to be this wide I probably would not have purchased.

They are great for casual wear, not totally my style, but nice boot.

I finally pulled the plug and bought the neumel after eyeing for a couple of years. I got the chestnut color. They look great and my normal size 6 was perfect in these. To my surprise, these are much wider than I realized. I still like them, I just wish they had a narrower profile. That is the reason for only 4 stars.

Footbed overall runs large! I wear a size 7 always and these run at least a half size large.the toe box is very wide. Felt like I was putting on a clown shoe

I tried my boots on and they are so comfortable and warm and I wear a size 11. They really look huge in the front which is typical for UGGS, but I am going to keep them. The workmanship is superior along with the warmth, so they are mine.

Since I cant upload my photos for some unknown reason, others are having this issue as well. I have to just say, buy these and go down one size. Im a 7 but go down to a 6 in most UGG. Comfort all day easy to lace and tighten or loosen to your preference, and I think you need a blast of color in n your life!!

I needed a short bootie type for work that wasn't too warm. These fit the bill perfectly.

I love shoes ugg, however, I am not comfortable with all the purchased models. I have a foot of 24.5 cm, I bought a size 7, and the half is not enough for comfort. The next size 8 looked bulky. The color of the samba is beautiful.Warm and high-quality. But I will buy other styles.

I bought this product for my goddaughter last year and she was pleased on how her feet kept warm during the winter months. Since my fears always cold I ordered the same.
