the shipping was quick and free but the inside fluff is kind of falling off

I bought these for my 14 year old granddaughter as a back to school gift because she loves wearing her UGG slippers to school just about every day. She absolutely loves them!

I usually wear a size 6 in UGG boots, and sized up to a 7 for these shoes. I usually don't wear socks with my Uggs, so if you plan on wearing socks with them, you definitely will need to size up. They are so comfortable and look cute with leggings or Jeans, I plan on wearing them out a lot this Fall and plan on purchasing other colors.

The boots are comfortable and stylish. I wear size 10-10.5 normally so I went up to a 11 because I have big legs and it fits great.

The shoe was uncomfortable and the quality was not up to being called Uggs. I returned them.

Love the look and style of these slipper shoes, feels like they run small and take forever to break in!! They feel tight on the top part of shoe and hard to get your foot in ,especially with socks good luck . I guess I expected more from an expensive slipper shoe, I have shoe spacers in them which helps but if you don't have the patience to break in the leather you will experience they can become uncomfortable. Wish they sold half sizes or something or wide width!

This color matches my summer wardrobe and they are soooo comfortable! Great purchase!

Chestnut, size 7. Got them for a low, easy slip on boot for winter. Quit warm as are other UGG products

Such a cute design but the heel has zero support. I sized down but the top of foot is tight while the heel keeps slipping out due to the heel being a stretchy band.

These are cute and comfy and go with any outfit!

I wear my ugg boots just out bed, on a quick trip to the store, on a chilly fall night, after work to recover, during a nap, and on a normal Tuesday all day.

Been buying these for years., This is my fifth color.,Am too chunky to bend over to wear my collection of minis. These are the perfect solution. . Appreciate the indoor-outdoor feature. No issue with loose slip and slide like some mules Snug but not tight; run true to size.

I love this shoes, I've recently been wearing it everywhere. It feels like your walking on a cloud and looks exactly how I wanted.

This pair is not as soft or warm. The previous sheep skin seemed softer and more durable.

I love my UGG shoes. They are so soft. They do run small so make sure to size up.

I would purchase more of these if it came in more colors

The boots are so comfortable, they are not fully loose so if I want to tighten them I can just tie them tighter, then are so cute and go with anything as well. Love love love

Comfortable and fits nice

A little of a struggle to get into (can't just zip/unzip... need to do laces every time and use shoe horn) and a smidge narrow. Will require a little more breaking in than I'm used to from most Ugg shoes, but they're solid overall: Pleasantly stompy, chic design, great quality.

I have a pair of Neumel in chestnut. So I decided to get them in black since I love them so much. When I got my delivery, I initially thought they sent me the wrong size because they look so small. However, I received the correct size and they are very, very comfortable. It's like walking on pillows.

I tried them out, I was not satisfied at all. Didn't like how they looked on me..

Ugg used to make a great shoe. The craftsmanship is still good, but corners have been cut on the materials used. The UGG shoes were always wool, but today they seem a synthetic material, that actually does not last. The shoe laces are cheap fiber. Ugg was always Italian-made with quality materials, real wool, real leather and Italian craftsmanship. It may be a sign of the times, but starting to think about making my own shoes in the future, if UGG materials are not improved. Cost cuts on materials do not always keep loyal customers.
