Very comfortable and warm. Fits true to size.

I love these! Definitely size down though. They run a little large like most uggs. I h e wide feet too and should've gotten one size smaller. Super comfortable, easy to lace up and looks super cute with jeans. "I'm still- Im still Jenny from the block!"

When we received these shoes, they had a small rip. I contacted customer service and they were really helpful. We returned the shoes and got another pair without any issues. My daughter loves these shoes.
