Yes, it does take a little wiggling to get your foot into this boot, as the heel cup area is very stiff. However, I was able to get them on no problem. The only thing is that these run smaller than regular Uggs, so I have to return for the next size up. I usually wear a 7 to 7.5 in shoes (7 in Uggs) but I will need an 8 in these.

Super comfy once you get them on, but they are difficult to get on! These boots are not made for those with a high foot bridge.

This is my 1st pair of UGGs and I am pleased overall. The design is definitely more refined than other styles offered by this brand. As for fit, this is definitely NOT a boot you can just slip on. I does take a little maneuvering at the ankle, but once they are on, they are very comfortable and warm. They are however very easy to get off? I am a 9 and ordered a nine. Going up a size make solve the "step in" issue, but then the boot will likely be too big once on.

I read the reviews regarding these boots being hard to put on, and it's true. However, they are so worth the effort! You do have to put them on carefully, because you don't want to pull hard on the knit upper part of the boot...a little finesse is required to push your foot into the foot bed, past the hard heel back. They do come off super easily. Once on, these are the most comfortable boots ever! I purchased them for a trip to Pittsburgh, where the temps ranged from 20's to 50's most days. They were the perfect comfort level for the cold, and you can flip the folded part up to warm your entire calf if desired. Super cute both ways! I walked all over in them, and my feet were never tired or sore. Great boots!

Boots were kind of tight, doesn’t feel the same as other uggs I’ve bought in the same size. I would recommend ordering one size up

I was a little worried about these after reading all the reviews but ended up really liking these. Once I figured out how to get them on they are super comfy and I can even wear them with my custom orthotics, which is a must because there is not arch support in these. While I don't consider myself a skinny legged, they do not stay up if unfolded, which I don't mind at all.
