I wear a size 5, so this is the size I bought. If I could have gotten my heal in the shoe, this boot would have fit. The plastic heal made it impossible for me to get my foot in! My feet are not only small, but narrow, and I have never had this problem before. I obviously returned them.

The fact the knit keeps rolling down explains why it was cheap.

I have always loved UGGS and this is one more UGG boot I would probably fall in love too if it would not be because I was sent a boot with a 2 inches hole in it!!!!! This boots were returned broken by someone else and obviously Zappos did not check the boots and just resale and shipped to me! I called Zappos customer service. A nice guy told me that I was going to get a full refund ..... in 2 to 10 days!!! (And that I could keep the boots , that are good for nothing). The boots would be nice and fit great, but this is just unacceptable from Zappos. I have been a Zappos loyal customer for years and years and never expected something like this to happen. They should check carefully on returned items and they are obviously not doing so.

By far the worst purchase of any Ugg boots!! I cannot even get my foot in mid ankle bcuz of the fit. I was afraid of forcing my foot in and ripping the knit. I've never experienced anything like this.

I bought a size-up because of all the reviews that recommended this. Which means I bought a size 10 rather than my normal size 9. This proved to be a mistake for me. I have very thin ankles and should have known better - should have known that I did not need a larger size to get them on. The size-up proved to be loose and floppy. I returned them and reordered them in size 9 which fit perfectly.

Love the style and comfort

Felt a little small but after a couple times wearing they stretch out to be the perfect fit !

Love style and comfort of uggs .. own Cardy classic size 10 but these in a 10 are a little to put on and feel a little smaller. Going to get another color in a size up and see how that works.

I usually wear a 7.5 or 8 and I purchased the 8. They were a bit hard to get on, but once I got them on, they fit perfectly. I would not purchase a larger size just because I had to tug a bit to get them on. I like the slouchy style and purl knit. They are very comfortable and warm.

Most comfortable footwear I’ve ever worn. Had it on the whole day without any discomfort. I will definitely buy another pair!
