This was my first pair of Ugg boots. Fell in love with the navy blue color, a special item for Zappos. Having bought boots from Zappos before, I knew packaging, shipping and any possible returns would be handled with their normal excellence. Wasn’t initially sure about size but decided to go with Zappos’ recommendation for me. Glad I did because they were spot on. I usually wear a 9.5 but ordered a recommended size 9. It was perfect. I couldn’t help the smile that hit my face when I slid my foot into my new Ugg boot for the first time. I was a new fan of Uggs and remain a loyal fan of Zappos.

Love the look and they go well with any color. The boots are comfortable and warm I wear them without socks. I had to buy a 7 I normally wear a 71/2 or 8 in other shoes. Its wise to go down 1 size.

These Uggs were a Christmas Gift for my 14 year old daughter, which she absolutely loved. Based on the reviews and previous Ugg purchases, I ordered a size down as I know they will stretch. The color matches what is advertised and has some versatility with what you can wear then with.
