I own multiple pairs of Uggs boots and was looking forward to a new shorter style. Very cute and flattering. Sizing is similar—I usually wear a 8 1/2 or 9 so I ordered a size 8, which fit nicely without socks and would stretch a little down the road. Unfortunately the seam that runs across the top of the foot (where the upper fabric is attached to the lower) was very uncomfortable. I compared it to my classic uggs, feeling around the inside and sure enough the seam is covered in more shearling so it’s not an issue. This style has no “fluff” around the seam so it just presses into the bone on the top of my foot. I returned these and may go back to the classic style.

The boots are warm unless they get wet. Walking the dog in the morning grass with dew causes the wetness to seep n and my feet get wet and cold.

Shoes were larger than expected. Disappointed in the overall quality of this pair of UGG's. Have been wearing them for years; this pair seems like something you'd get at a discount store.

I have no idea if these would have fit in my normal size (8) because I could not get my foot in. Back they went, but very cute looking!

the fit was fine, but the stitching across and around the ankle was too snug and was very uncomfortable. not the ugg quality i remember loving so much in the past.

Personally the pair I received has hair missing so I’m really contemplating on returning them due to them not looking like they’re suppose to look and they look warm like someone brushed them too hard

The boot arrived with only protective packaging inside of one boot which makes me think that it was a return. The boots and white thread/hair/fur (I don’t know what it was because the boot is blue and it didn’t match any of the fur on the boot) all over them. The boot without the packaging inside appeared to be softer on the outside with thinner material that looks wrinkled when you touch it. Due to the pandemic, I’m not going to go through the hassle of returning them but hopefully they don’t rip. The style of the boot itself is nice if it didn’t come the way it came.

This is not the first pair of UGGs which I reviewed for Zappos. I hope they start checking what they ship out. The pair I received was not a matching pair. One had a smaller cuff than the other. One also had more padding inside the boot than the other. Returned them!

I love all my Uggs, but sadly these had to go back. They lacked the plush feel of my other ones, feeling scratchy and synthetic.
