I don't know if Palomar sneakers in chestnut color are a different product, but mine had a material sticker on them saying that they're 100% polyester. Polyester upper and lining. And they do look cheap, not like suede should loook. Seriously? I've always associated UGG with quality natural materials. If I want polyester, I can buy something for 20 bucks down the road at a big-box store. These are going back. I don't know if I could exchange them for a different color (the blue and the black currently available say they're suede) but I am put off by the polyester thing. I would not have bought these shoes if the faux-fur thing had been obvious on the product page so I'm not trusting these product descriptions anymore.

It does not fit my feet well. Do not look good on me

Much to my surprise when I received the boots, a sticker on the sole says 'faux fur upper lining. 100% polyester. Made in China. The quality of the faux fur is not good either. Neither UGG or the store I bought this from - part of the Neiman Marcus franchise - disclosed this sad fact. I never would have purchased the product and now I'm stuck both paying for return shipping and returning the product to a store that only offers gift cards instead of credit. UGGS is getting increasingly skimpy on delivering a true sheepskin product which is unfortunate. They may have lost a customer for good.

I used this for rain & cold weather. They just weren't comfortable enough for my feet

These are really comfortable, but that's about it. The ankle it too wide so it's very unsupportive, and the base of the shoe is too high. I thought these would be just like the regular Ugg's but with a different bottom; they're not. I wish I could return them

SADLY UGG HAS GEARED ALL THERE BOOTS TOWARDS SUPERMODEL NARROW FEET, ANKLES AND CALVES. UNFORTUNATELY THEY HAVE FORGOTTEN THERE TARGET BUYERS WHOM ARE AVERAGE TO WIDE WIDTH, I PURCHASED 2 PAIRS 1 BLACK FOR MYSELF & 1 CHESTNUT FOR MY SISTER WHO HAS SLIMMER AVERAGE FEET THAN ME, I AM A LITTLE WIDER. I COULD NOT EVEN GET MY FOOT IN THEM AND SHE DID BUT THEY WHERE SO TIGHT THEY HURT. I BOUGHT FOUR DIFFERENT PAIRS OF UGGS AND ALL ARE BEING RETURNED BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY VERY NARROW I'M SAD BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN AN UGG CUSTOMER FOR APPROX., 15 YEARS OR MORE. I NEEDED A WATER PROOF PAIR SO I ORDERED DIFFERENT STYLES BUT WHAT A SHOCK AS TO HOW NARROW ALL FOUR WHERE, I MEASURED THEM WITH MY ORIGINALS AND THERE IS A 2-3 INCH DIFFERENCE IN THE SIZE, THATS A LOT FOR YOUR FEET. SO I AM BUYING BEARPAWS THEY HAVE WIDE WIDTHS

I honestly wanted to love these but I can't. They feel so rough against my skin and they feel so hard under my foot. I couldn't keep them on for more then 5 mins. As I walked they caused me pain. The walking in these felt unnatural and off. It felt as if I walked on plastic and there was an odd feeling on my arch. As if something hard or sharp was pushing up against my arch. The length was perfect but the ankle area was too loose and lacked ankle support. Also I feared it would cause shafting against my ankle because the area was to rough. These would have been better with softer thicker fur as a inner lining. The fur in these are lacking too thin and rough. First UGGs I found uncomfortable.

Zappos is the best. I never have problems until this order. There were size 10 uggs in an 11 box. Sent back and put in a re order.
