My feet are a little iffy . I wear a 7 1/2 but I ordered an 8 & it fits .

cute style but ran big on me. am returning for a smaller size. i usually wear 7.5 - 8.0 in women's shoes. i wear an 8.0 in the UGG Abree. the true size feature put me at a 7.5 in this boot. i was too big and my feet slipped all over inside the boot. am returning for a 7.0 and hope those work. i've been waiting a LONG time for the exchange to process, so i hope i get them soon.

I love the color, and the fact that they are so weather proof. I also love the side zip, although I don't use it much. They only thing is that the toe box is smaller then my other UGG boots.

Around my ankle is big but otherwise the fit is good

I had a bit of a customer service dilemma that took some points off my experience but this boot is amazing and I will discuss that later. First, I was concerned about all the comments about the ankle opening being very wide & open, so I called customer service. I knew other sites that were selling previous model(s) and that was consistently in the reviews, So I called customer service at UGG. An associate replied that this year's model has a more narrow opening than last year's. I made sure to order from UGG to get the narrower ankle opening, even though I had preferred a color that wasn't in stock. When it arrived the ankle did seem wide...rain, snow, & dirt gets in. Later I found the color I wanted elsewhere, but it was from a previous edition. When it came, it had the same width ankle as the current line. Contacted UGG, who e-mailed me back that this year's boot HAS the same size opening as previous years. I hope that customer service will give more accurate information, in the future. As for the boots themselves, they're amazing. So cushiony soft, truly reminiscent of ugg Classic boots. The toebox is a bit narrow. If you have wide toes, I recommend sizing up and stuffing the toes so your foot doesn't slide forward. I did this and it works perfectly. In my own size, this boot is too tight. I have tried on a pair in my usual size (8), and my toes hurt. But when I sized up to 8 1/2, no problems. In the 8 1/2, I have worn these all day and didn't want to take them off. They give me a springy step I haven't had in years. I love that they are fashionable enough to wear around, so I can be comfortable all day (not just hiking), and fashionable at the same time. The outsole design helps, SO MUCH, with balance on rough terrain. White outsole is very hard to get clean. Charcoal outsole goes through mud & straight to a meeting or picnic with no visible dirt. I have one pair for dress up and one for mess up but get the charcoal, and you won't have to

I use these boots for cold weather walking

The shoes initially were great. However, they are very stiff around the top and when you point your foot they dig into the Achilles area. I actually have a mark similar to a burn from too much walking in them and them rubbing that area. I ended up unzipping them some to have more flexibility in that area. That being said, they are warm and waterproof. The footbed is a bit hard compared to others Uggs.

I sent them back. Firstly, the ankle is huge. I could see the top of my foot looking down into the boot. Snow would for sure get into the boot. Secondly, it was very narrow. Even sizing up one size. Lastly, the large bright white tread was too much in a size 12. It looked like a clown shoe

I have loved Uggs since the beginning. Unfortunately, quality seems to be going way down. These "sneakers" are comfy, but are very open and big around the ankle. Warmth is questionable. Also, despite reading about tight fit and the need to order up a half size, I did not. Good thing, because my sneakers are actually a bit big. I will need to add a second liner to secure the fit. How disappointing these are! I just can't recommend.

Boot was so cute and original but too snugg. Needs yo have bigger sizes for us with bigger feet.

I liked the design of this boot except for the opening at its top. You could see right into my foot! If it were more narrow, I would have liked it much better. I loved the sole and shape of the boot. However, although I ordered my correct size, my big toes were trying to punch through the front. I was very disappointed they didn't work for me.
