Great snow boot, but because the laces go through the turned down faux fur, it makes it hard to get a snug fit at the ankles. Also after a full day in ski boots, these are a bit of a hassle to put on

I wanted to love these boots because they are rated the warmest winter snow boots. They don't look worth the money and they don't fit well. Went up a half size and they were still too tight. My husband thought they were so cheap knockoff.

These are my favourite boot. My feet stay dry and warm. They are narrow but I do have a wider foot. I have two pairs, my older ones are way better. They changed the sole on the boot and my new ones from last year 2021 just don't have the quality as my older style ones. Almost feel cheap. I went to buy a third pair this year but didn't due to the sole and didn't feel like hurting my feet again while I had to break them in. 3 stars due to this. They last a long time when taken care of.

The bottom of the boot has a sticker that literally reads "faux fur vamp & quarter lining: 100% polyester", despite what the boot description advertises. There is another sticker saying "UGG Pluish: 80% wool, 20% lyocell"-- the product description 'sheepskin lining' is misleading. I wanted to love these boots-- I'm a long time Ugg customer but these are a big letdown: the toe box is particularly stiff and small (the hairdryer trick wouldn't work) and the traction isn't great, despite being designed for winter weather. Returning.

I like these boots but the rubber on my old Adirondack boots is better and has better grip and traction. Don't like that they changed the rubber on these.

Hey, I have never owned a pair of uggs because the basic boot to me lacks style but I thought these boots looked really cute!! That being said the thing that I have always been tempted by is the all REAL shearling material so you thought these boots would be amazing: cute and all shearling. Well…here’s what the fail to say in any of the descriptions: the grey shearling cuff and half way down the shaft of the boot is not real shearling but 100% fake. The real “wool” as they call it is just the lower interior of the boot, very disappointing for a boot that costs $100 more than most of it’s completion. So despite all that I still was hoping for something wonderful. I have a high arch so despite having laces, which usually are better for this, the boots were tight across that portion of my foot. I would say besides that they fit true to size. The other disappointment and they were going back regardless is that if you want to wear them with the cuff up the laces don’t tie across the younger but end up just above it which I found to be poor detailing. So wanted to love these…but for $250 I guess you are buying a name not real shearling boots. Hope this helps if you are in the fence about spending that much.

Hi ended up buying the North Face Chilkat 400 in my regular size 8 and they seem great!

The boots were great but the hat was made of poor quality. I've purchased two other hats and they were awesome . The boots are made different also. I own 3 pair already but 2021 boot NOT the same fit.

I wear size 7 shoes. I ordered 7.5 to allow for thicker socks and room for the winter months; airflow around you foot is needed for warmth. Unfortunately 7.5 was too small and I am currently trying to exchange for size 8 to see if that is better. However, the URL sent for the return label to my email address is too long and unable to open. There is no other place showing the actual URL address to try to get the label. So I am at a stand still with boots that do not fit and no return label. Depending on how fast customer service corrects the return/exchange label issue will depend on if I recommend this company to a friend.

Fit well tts. Will be very comfortable and warm. Was disappointed to see that the Vibram sole is no longer offered. I hope that they will be just as sturdy and slip resistant as the earlier Adirondacks.

I am always a size 8, and usually in Ugg's the 8 is actually a little big, but these boots run small and size 8 is snug. They are also not as warm as my regular Ugg boots. Slightly disappointed.

I wanted these to fit so much. Bought my regular size for UGG but they are so small that my toes hit the end of the boot and the width is very constrained. I would order at least a full size up, potentially more if you want to be able to wear thick socks

However I saw this item on someone in a store. They where black on black no grey. They looked small on her feet. This don't look good they look big on your feet & the color scheme isn't for me. I have to send back. If you don't love them you won't wear them. They seem warm even though I haven't worn them outside. And a bit narrow fitting. Uggs should do like coach & use a wider cut. It's ok if you don't mind your feet looking big & good in snow so I've been told. They keep your feet warm and the snow doesn't ruin the boot. As the snow can on some boots

I bought these as I live in New England, got really good reviews. However - I wore them for about an hour in 30 degree temps, and I couldn't feel my toes. They did not keep my feet warm at all. Would not recommend if you are looking to keep your feet warm. I got a size 8, my usual size, maybe a little snug.

Usually, a size 8 is a little big on me but I order boots that way so I can fit thick socks. These boots in size 8 didn't even fit with my thinest socks

I purchased these last year, and can't say they've been the best. Even when I wear socks, the heel area rubs against me so much that it gives me blisters. The straps also come untied too easily.

Good quality; runs narrow and short. A bit too snug. Considering the cost, not sure I'll keep them.

Color: was a green gray. Not true gray. Style: cute but the lining looked and felt cheap. Defiantly not the same quality UGG has been in the past... Returning them for the above 2 reasons since they are $250 boots!! Fit: I usually wear a 6.5 wide or 7 regular. This fit great. However. Since I only tried them on I can’t say if the fit is as good when wearing them around.

The boots are heavy but great for snow. Due to the lining, my feet does sweats but protected from the winter's elements. The color wasn't the same how it was online so returned it due that reason. I already have a pair of these boots in black. I just wanted a more popping color.
