My wife wears a size 7, based on reviews that these run small I ordered a 7.5 for her and they fit perfectly with mid-weight socks, her high arch is fully supported which is often not the case in boots she likes. Quality is excellent, materials and craftsmanship are top notch (as they should be for a boot of this caliber and expense). Styling is terrific, as expected...it is nice they can be worn rolled down or at full height, depending on the activity. Highly recommend these.
I'd also recommend:
Pajar, Sorel, Tuffa, & Ariat

I cannot say enough good things about these boots they are the first winter boots I've had where my feet aren't sweating to death and I can walk dogs all day in the cold and my feet don't hurt at all. Just amazing highly recommend!

I wanted boots that are warm enough for cold NYC winters and ones that would last for years. I did a lot of research including comparing these boots to sorels and tims. These boots were way more comfortable than the other ones I mentioned and they hold up for years. I've had mine for 4+ years now. I remember reading someone else's reviewing mentioning to loosen up the shoe laces for easier slip on and off and that trick was super handy. I've done that and now it's easier to slip on and out of these boots. The only cons I can think is little traction support (I have accidentally slipped on ice when rushing to work in these boots) and your friends will think you're wearing military grade boots (which may or may not be a bad thing!). I wish I knew this boot came in black now because that would result in a more stylish boot than the grey I purchased.

With the money I spent on these boots totally disappointed. They are comfortable and they keep my feet warm but they are not for wearing while shoveling or going for walks if icy. I have totally slipped and have taken several hard falls so I no longer wear if there is ice on the ground. Even though the description states slip resistance the description is totally wrong. DO NOT WEAR IF THERE IS ICE ON THE GROUND OR IF YOU HAVE TO SHOVEL SNOW.

Disappointed in Zappos!!! The picture of the chestnut boot is not a true representation of the boot you receive, this is the old version, and the front of the shoe is completely different, there is a large black strip that wraps around and is very large and significant in the way the boot looks. I noticed that the picture of the boot online did not look like the III version that UGG released as I did research online, on the UGG site, and even went into the UGG store. Basically I did not want the III version in Chestnut that I saw everywhere else but this site and so could not justifying spending this much for a boot I do not like. I did though like very much the picture in this ad of the chestnut boot and therefore could justify spending the money on it plus it was the III version. I CONTACTED ZAPPOS via Chat and said could you please confirm that the picture in this ad of the chestnut boot is ACTUALLY THE III version and I will receive that exact one. After the operator on the chat told me everything is direct from UGG she tells me she went on the UGG site and compare the boot and that it was the same. Well after waiting for her on the chat forever to do this, I got up and left my computer to find that message and that she signed off of chat because i was idle (it was only 4/5 minutes! and I waited for her that same amount of time) so I could not rebut what she said. I though maybe there was a chance this was one specially created for Zappos so took a chance and ordered them. Well I just got them and they are not the ones in the picture!! So I WAS RIGHT after Zappos told me the opposite. Now I have to lug this big box around the city to return these boots and this is exactly what I did not want to do! The picture posted here by zappos is of last years boot which is on clearance in many places and is now selling for less than 200 bucks. No way would you spend $325 for an old version since the III version is upgraded.

I am usually a 9.5 but can go from 9.5-10 depending on the brand. I chose to order a 9.5 and it is perfect with regular weight socks. I needed new boots for snowshoeing and generally running around. These are also cute enough for a walk to dinner on a snowy night. I decided on the tall vs. the regular height Adirondack because I live in a very snowy town and wanted to keep the snow out walking around town.

I have had these boots for a few years and they are great winter boots! I love my classic Uggs for cold temps but we get a lot of snow here and these keep my feet warm and dry walking through deep snow! My only real complaint is that hey can be hard to put on and take off, because of this I usually tie them just tight enough to stay on but loose enough to take off without undoing. Because of the fur lining I usually slip them on without socks and have never had any blister issues, even when walking longer distances. Overall they are great for everything from running errands, snowmobiling and winter hiking. Funnily enough I even once wore them on a few mile walk on this muddy trail in the middle of summer, Its a long story but they handled the mud nicely and didn't even get my feet too hot!

The fit is nice I did not get to wear this year due to no snow, ? but when you order them please get a size up if you don't like the tight fit around the foot sides. They are warm and comfortable and the fur is all the way throughout the boot top to bottom

My review: I own three pairs!!! I spend a many hours walking my 72 lb goldendoodle puppy in ALL WEATHER in SE Alaska. These boots are comfortable like comfy tennis shoes, keep me warm and dry. Unless they are made of rubber and extremely well sealed, NO BOOT IS TOTALLY WATERPROOF FOREVER. You have to take care of your boots/shoes. I have "greased" the older pair of the taller boots to keep them waterproof. I don't mind doing this as I love the comfort, weight, and traction provided when on long walks with the dog. If it is too icey, I throw on a pair of yacktracks and we are good to go!! Yes, you do have to lace them up, but I need ankle support as I am sometimes on trails, beach rocks, etc. where I can roll my ankle. So, the time spent to lace them up is time not spent in the hospital with a sprained or broken body part.

I live in a state which gets a ton of snow and my husband and I have a winter cabin at which we do all kinds of snow activities. I have used the normal Adirondack boots since 2009 and classic Uggs before that. I didn't know these existed but my husband gifted me a pair back in November of 2020, I have used them a lot since then. The first thing to know is that the fur lining works best against bare skin, so for the warmest feet, I wear them without socks. I have worn these for hours in foot deep snow and 0f temps and had warm/dry feet after! I know that there are technically boots warmer and better in snow, but what I love most about these boots is that because of the fur inside the boots are way thinner and comfier to wear than those other boots!

Expensive, but worth it. The boots are comfortable and warm, and I can walk/jog my dog through snowy fields and stay warm and dry. The soles grip well on icy, slippery paths. Easy on, easy off, good-looking, and perfectly suited for their job. They seem to be extremely well made and I expect them to be a great investment for many years. I usually wear an 8.5 narrow shoe, and bought the recommended size 9 and the fit is perfect.

The boots seemed of good quality but too narrow for my feet and calves. I went up a full size but still unable to wear socks without the boots being too snug over my feet. Bummed.

Perfect winter boots. Waterproof. Great materials. Feels sturdy and supportive, yet has a flexible outer sole, with amazing traction. Already took several walks in our hilly terrain in the snow. Yep, winter came in October this year! They look super cute, and I hope they last as long as my last pair of UGGs -- 22 years!

I live in North Dakota where winters hit subzero temperatures. I had heavy duty Sorel boots that lasted three winters, however, I have a feeling these specific boots will last double time! I have narrow feet, so size 8 was true to size for me. Although I purchased based on warmth and how they are constructed, the style literally took my breath away when I pulled them out of the box! These boots have certainly exceeded my expectations! Make this investment - you will not be disappointed!

I live in the Midwest and the last few winter's we've been having polar vortex where the temperatures drop down to -15f... These boots are my go to boots for those kind of days. They keep my feet so warm even with regular cotton socks.

I live in NY and our winters get bad! I've had these for almost 4 years and they are still like new and I absolutely love them. Keep my feet warm and dry, and they also keep me from slipping on ice. I would definitely recommend. Only con is they do run a tad bit small , I had to get a little bigger.
