This boots made from synthetic materials!!! Lining is synthetic!! As soon is I open the box smell was so bad!!! Ugg company was famous for real fur lining !!! I have pare of same boots from years ago they shearling lining!! All my UGGs boots was made with shearling !! This why they so warm!! Today your company make bad quality ! I even don't put them on my feet! I send back immediately

Does not look or feel like a quality boot. Footbed is flat and hard. Shaft is super narrow and tongue is also too narrow.

boots not made like they used to be. they state they are warm in minus 30 degrees. first time i wore my boots cold feet, cold socks in 10 degree weather.

The sole is no longer is Vibram and the difference is marked. In a bad way. This was my favorite boot ever. And now there's no way it's work even a third of the cost. Moving on.

bought this boot but its so hard to wear it ,i never would have worn it , because its so long and theres no zipper and my feet were to break

Customer service was awful especially for spending over $400 on these boots. Tried to return or cancel order within first hour and no one would cancel it. I figured I would give boots a try and I get them in the size which was recommended and they are HUGE. I wanted them to be at my parents house so I could take them back with me and now I have to return them and go through this hassle. So unimpressed and would never buy from UGG again. Save your money and get Sorels. Better quality, better customer service, and half the price.

These were advertised as a tall boot. They come about mid calf and I am short! Did not have the comfort of typical Uggs. I returned them.

Very uncomfortable around the ankle and leg.
While I LOVE UGG products this one is a no-go. I'm returning it.
Very tight around the ankle and leg, almost made me feel claustrofobic when walking around!

I wanted to like these boots. They were wonderful in photos. Alas, when they arrived my initial reaction was "these will never work". Still, I took the effort to unlace and try them on. With mid-weight socks they were next to impossible to pull on. And the lacing - ugh. If I had to lace and unlace all the way in order to put on boots, they would never be worn. They are way too expensive to even consider letting them languish in my closet. Once on, the shaft seemed designed for someone with very, very narrow calves. Mine are not skinny, nor are they fat. Yet, there was a very wide gap at the front. Not pretty. I struggled to get them off, re-packed and back they went. Please Zappos, find a stylish functional winter boot for women with longer feet.
