The Heather boot size 5 fit more like a 5.5, the ankle was big, fur lined, I love the look, but too big for my small feet.

I was so excited to get this pair of booties, for the cold, dreary, wet Michigan fall weather. And I was hopeful to be wearing the boots through winter as well. However, when I received the pair, the fur lining isn't throughout as shown in pictures, but only on the insole. I am keeping them because they are stylish, comfy and warm for the current temperatures, but will have to get another pair for winter. Just still bummed that they aren't what I expected.

I really liked the boots so was disappointed in the fit around the ankle, heavy socks would not have helped. I felt that I would have walked right out of them. I would only recommend these to a friend with thicker ankles.

Boot upper part around ankle had no shearling as shown and as advertised in description on ugg website.

I contacted customer service with no results.

I did a lot of research to find a winter boot and found this shoe a local store. I found the perfect apin, but they did not have my size. I used the stock number to order my size, a 7.5, on the UGG website. I received the Heather Boots but they were not as pictured online or as available in the store. These boots are missing the Cushioning foam with curly UGGpure wool lining all the way to the ankle (as pictured online and as available in stores). There is only wool on the bottom of the shoe. It's incredibly loose around the ankle without the proper lining and rubs your ankles. I found this pair to be unsupportive and uncomfortable. I called spoke with an UGG representative who told me there has been a "production error". I was instructed to send this pair back and request the same shoe again. There however was no place to leave direct feedback about what is wrong with this pair of shoes, so I'm not sure if UGG.com is going to be properly alerted to this issue. I also am concerned about the duration of time it will take to get the correct shoe. It took a week for the shoe to arrive, now I need to mail it back and wait for an exchange to be processed, and then possible another week to receive my exchange. I do not know if I'm going to be mailed another pair of Heather Boots with the same production error, or how long this process is going to take to receive the boots I need for the winter weather. UGG I hope you're reading these reviews! I notice I am not the first reviewer to mention this defect in this model.
