These are the first Ugg's I have purchased. I am looking forward to the warm, cozy lining. I felt they fit true to size, but I am not planning on wearing a thick sock. They are a little stiff but I am hoping they soften up. I think the style is cute.

I could of went half size down. But thick socks make them work plus arch support inserts. My opinion for me. Plus a little big around the ankle of boot.

I purchased these boots for an upcoming trip to Scotland. I have been wearing them for a couple of days to make sure that I do not have any issues with my feet hurting during the trip. I have a narrow foot, and while these boots are way too wide for narrow feet, I am making them work by adding really thick socks. With the thick socks, they are doable. As others have said, the fleece lining only is on the foot bed and tongue. In spite of that, they are warm. I own at least 10 pair of shearling/fleeced lined boots from Frye and Uggs. The Frye boots are definitely made much better, but they also cost considerably more. These appear to be a little more cheaply made than any of the other Uggs that I own.

After trying 5 other waterproof/hiking boots, this one fits perfectly and also it is neither hideous or clunky. Surprisingly light for the great support, and the size is great, not tight in the toe area or loose in the ankle area. It is a bit over my price range, but I desperately need a walking/hiking waterproof for a trip to Europe in late December, and this ticked all the boxes.

Nice-looking boots, but not much insulation compared to similar styles in other brands, especially in the upper/ankle area. They seemed like a good option somewhere with a relatively mild winter, but not warm enough for standing outside on Chicago's coldest days (which is what I need!).

These boots are so cute. I got the black and I love that they aren't plastic looking (like most rain boots). But I had to return them, I have very high arches, and the top of my foot was pressing against the seam where rubber meets the fabric. I order a size up which gave the top of my foot enough room, but then I had way too much room in the toes and my heels were slipping up while I walked. Also like some of the other reviews noted, the opening of the boot around the ankle is wide, even pulling the laces tighter doesn't change much.

Love the look of this boot! Really well made, and the leather is strong, but soft enough to be flexible. They are lined on the bottom (sole) with wool/shearling, but it was not thick enough to affect the fit. I am an 8.5 but tend to order a 9 because I have wider than average feet. The 9 felt too long, and the boots were just a hair too narrow my feet. It's possible the leather would stretch out in width, but they are too expensive to risk it (for me). Very comfortable around the ankle and foot, except for the width, so had to return. If you have average width feet, I would recommend ordering your usual size. The 8.5 would have been right for me except for the width. Note - for the classic bailey boot I order an 8 which fits perfectly. I also have a wedge Ugg boot in a 9 that is also a bit narrow (and hasn't stretched enough width-wise to be comfortable for day-long wear at the office).

The Heather boot was made of good quality materials--inner sole was not as thick as other UGG boots but the reason I returned it was that there was not enough room in the toe box. The boot felt narrow there. I have the Adirondack boot and that fits much better.

Lacks the Ugg foot hug. The photos make the boot look fully lined, but they aren't. Plus, when laced up the tongue bunches up in a slightly irritating way. Its too bad since they are pretty cute and look good for the rain.

Fit is a bit loose for 7.5 (that is always my size). These shoes are cute & fairly warm but they are not very comfortable. They hit just above the ankle & without tall socks they are somewhat painful. I wish I would have worn them around the house longer before deciding to keep them.

These are adorable boots, but after wearing them out for one day, I could hardly walk in them! They hurt my feet like no other! I won’t be wearing them again. This may be the result of my 60 ish age, so a younger person may love them.

I returned these as they were about a half size too big. I wanted a closer fit, and lightweight waterproof Ugg, but this didn't quite feel like a boot I would be comfortable in for any length of time or walking distances. I didn't notice much arch support and the toe box seemed longer than my own foot.

Cute boots and good quality boots, but looked bulky on my feet and did not have the support that I am looking for--I need them for a trip to Europe in fall and will be doing quite a bit of walking. Ordered my normal size, 9.5, and it was large enough to wear thicker socks without feeling tight on my bunion.
