I really wanted to have a nice warm boot to wear in the frigid winter here. I liked the durable rubber sole and some of the pictures looked liked there was ugg wool lining all the way up to the top of the inside of the boot; however, this is not the case. The lining only the bottom part of the boot, this is warm, but not what I expected. I will also say the boot is extremely wide at the ankle and difficult to walk in; especially in snow. The true fit guide told me to get an 8.5, but after reading reviews I got the 9 and they were too big. I think there are different reviews on here based upon the older version and the current version. The older version seemed better quality and would buy them if they fit better at the ankle and lined in wool all the way to the top like an ugg classic would.

I bought these boots almost exactly a year ago (11/8/17) in the Dove color. I LOVE the comfort and style of these boots. However the "finish" has warn off the boot in places leaving a weird mustard color exposed. I contacted their support and was told they'd never heard of this (which I find hard to believe). When I asked about how to remedy this situation I was told they don't recommend particular finishes, which seems odd when a boot leather wears so quickly and to a different color. Support recommended a leather cleaner conditioner which I will try with my fingers crossed, cause I do love the boot but am completely disappointed with how the leather has aged.

Toe scuffed immediately Doesn't narrow enough towards top unlike previous Bonham.

I bought these and returned the same day. They felt snug in the toes and really loose around the ankles - as if they would flop around on my feet when walking. They look cute online but were big and man'ish looking. Additionally, I thought they were going to be a soft suede. Instead, they looked like they were made from an oil tanned suede - something you'd see on a roughneck in the oil fields. Very disappointed with this boot.
