I loved these boots. I wanted to keep these boots. They were super cute and oh so comfortable and warm right out of the box. My problem was that UGG, like many shoe brands, still DO NOT MAKE HALF SIZES ABOVE A SIZE 10. I returned the size 10 because they were juuust too short on my toes to be comfortable. My big toe was smushed against the end and would soon be sore. I ordered a size 11 (from another site), still feeling hopeful. The size 11s were way too big. My heel slipped as I walked and I found myself stumbling over the clunky (but still cute) heels. I’m now very frustrated and sad and still without cute comfortable boots to get me through the winter. So if you’re a person with average- or whole-sized feet who doesn’t experience this discriminative dilemma, I do recommend these boots. If you happen to need a size 10.5 or higher half-size, you’re out of luck here.

For sizing reference, I never wear socks when breaking my Uggs in, because the wool lining is all nice and fluffy and takes up extra volume in the boot until they are broken in. The wool always compacts down and the boot material always relaxes after a few wears and you feel like your boots are a half to full size larger after breaking them in! I have seen a lot of reviews saying they felt this boot runs small, but I am on my 2nd pair, and after just a few days wear they will be broken in, I feel like it runs true to size in the length, and slightly wide and accommodating of someone who has high volume in their instep. Lucky for me, that is the kind of boot I need so they work great for me! They did feel too tight in the toe box upon arrival and smashed my big toe big time, BUT the Uggpure wool lining does smash down and the actual boot itself does relax. I knew this would be the case, having a couple pairs of other styles of Uggs that are a bit big and sloppy now that they are broken in. Unless your big toe is actually touching the end of the boot (it felt like it was to me, but it wasn't touching the end, it was the top of the toe box pushing down and I have a full thumb length to the end of the actual toe box and my big toe) then it's probably the right size and will relax and feel way roomier after 2 or 3 days wear.

My 19 daughter loved these so much. They are comfortable, light enough and warm to wear around a New England college campus. She loved them so much she wanted another pair. In the army green color. Then I ordered one and loved them. Then my younger 17 year daughter wanted one, so I bought one for her! But they do run a bit larger. My older daughter and I usually wear a 7.5-8 shoe, but for these we fit the 7.5. My 17 year daughter who normally runs 8.5-9, liked the 8.5 better for her too.

I would have liked to keep these. They are nice looking boots. However, they just didn't feel right. I usually wear a 7-1/2 or 8, and ordered size 8. My toes felt cramped, but my heels slipped when I walked. I have high arches and wide forefeet, and often have trouble finding shoes that fit. In this case, the fit was just odd. Plus, they were described as "waterproof", but according to the manufacturer they are just "water-resistant". I live in the Northeast, and that's a big difference! Had to return them.

These boots were purchased for a winter trip to northern England. They are awesome. Super comfy and plenty of support for plantar fasciitis feet! I took a chance on these and they are really great for my outdoor walks in wet, cold winter. Highly recommend.

Ordered a 6.5 and a 7 in these, with 6.5 being my normal size in most shoes. The 7s felt more comfortable out of the box, but based on other reviews I kept the 6.5s because they were the correct length. The toes were initially pretty tight but as another reviewer commented, the plush linining in the bottom of the shoe compacts pretty quickly - after about 2 wears - and now they fit perfectly. Very glad I kept the 6.5, as I think the 7s would have been too big. I have a wide foot and a high arch and these feel great! Probably would not work for a narrow foot.

These are really cute and comfy, especially w/the sheepskin lining. They are a nice shade of brown, not as wide and bulky looking as traditional Uggs (more like standard hiking booties), and they're water resistant. Can't wait to wear them.

Love these short boots! Perfect box to feet all day comfort. I usually wear an 81/2 however i ordered an 8 and they fit just right.....

LOVE these. They're perfect for everyday and they're reasonably weatherproof. Would totally repurchase.

My third pair of these boots and wear them all the time. Size 8 I wear without socks. The 8.5 with socks. Wore my first 8.5 pair to Switzerland in December right out of box for two weeks-plane ride, walking, hiking and in the rain and snow. My feet were warm and happy. I have high arches and love the ease to get them on. Wear them with jeans, nice pants and yoga pants...they are oddly fashionable and I get lots of compliments. Taking them to Colorado and Montana this summer for walking, hiking and horseback riding. Pretty waterproof but would not overtly walk through water in them. They did well in rain and a bit of snow in Switzerland. Have both colors.

Tight at first, but true to size after a day of wearing hen

I'm usually a 7.5 W but I can sometimes fit into UGG 7.5 M without issue. These aren't wide, nor are they large in the toe, so I sized up to to 8 M. I love that they are waterproof and have a sturdy sole.

This is going to be a fairly short review: loved the look of this boot, well made, but way too narrow at the toes. They seemed a full size too small in that regard. I otherwise always wear regular width shoes, so just a heads-up.

Well made and would be warm - I sized up to a 9 and still couldn’t wear normal socks. These boots are heavy and lugg-ish. The ankle opening is very wide, like I could stuff a tennis ball between my ankle and the boot. Not what I pictured so I returned them.

The boot was comfortable with the usual nice, warm and fuzzy Ugg fleece, but the boot made me look like I have Shrek feet. They were not cute on my feet at all. They are a great price and I like that they are waterproof, but none of that is enough to overcome the Shrek look.

I adore these boots. So very much like wearing my favorite Ugg slippers, but without looking like I rolled out of bed and headed out the door. The fact they're waterproof is why I originally picked them - for the slushy days when a full snow boot is overkill. These are fantastic.

I absolutely love these. Comfy, warm and easy to slip on.

I sized up to a 6 from my normal 5.5. Having fairly small feet I didn't mind the bulk of these boots, but I can see where others with larger feet may not like the added bulk. I love the style and easy on/off. Replaced the insoles with some shearling insoles from vionic with much more arch support, and now these are my favorite boots

I ordered this boot in a 6 and it was a bit small so I ordered the 6.5 and it's just right. It's a cute, well priced boot that will be great on wet or snowy days.
