i could not even get these on because the opening was way too small and they were too stiff to budge. At this price, I was expecting a lot more.

I could not even get these on to see if they fit- They run WAAAY small on the heel. Such a disappointment because they are really cute and look comfy. Great company, but not a great design. I will return these and try something else.

I thought these boots were really cute and ordered a pair a half size larger than normal. They came and were too small. I tried a full size larger and they were still too small. (I have narrow feet so that wasn’t the problem). They are also very stiff. I wear a lot of cowboy boots and these were way stiffer. I gave up and went to a different style which are super comfy.

I normally wear a 10 in Ugg boots; however, this style felt a size smaller. I couldn't straighten out my toes. I am sad because the style is adorable.

These boots are so cute, I really love the look, however I'll be sending them back. I have a slightly high instep and can't even get the boot on my foot to feel the comfort. So very disappointed.

Needed half size larger. Dove is definitely not gray, but looks brown like others have said.
