Love the look of these boots but, unlike other Uggs, they felt stiff and uncomfortable. I’m returning them.

These boots look just as good on as in the picture! I ordered my normal size originally and they fit wonderfully barefoot. I had to request a return and get a half size larger than I normally wear in order to be comfortable in the thick socks I like to wear. Zappos customer service representative, Lauren was extremely helpful and had my credit and new boots ordered while we were on the phone. My new boots arrived quickly and fit perfectly. This is my third pair of boots from Zappos and I highly recommend this site.

Super cute and comfy! Honestly, though, I didn’t think I looked good in them, so I contacted Zappos for a return. Then, for some reason, I tried them on again and showed them to my husband, who thought they were really cute and insisted I keep them! I HAVE gotten a lot of compliments on them. The only drawback is that they scratch easily. I guess it will just give them more character. I usually wear a 9 shoe and a 9 1/2 in a boot. Got these in 9 1/2 and they are roomy enough for a pair of socks.

Loved them, but they run too narrow. They didn’t offer them in a wide, so I returned them.

First I ordered these in an 8 and they were s tad too small so I reordered in 8.5. The arch seems a little misplaced for me, but that could be because they were a tad small. When I received the 8.5 there were two scuff marks on one of the boots so I returned them. Very disappointed that they don't seem to inspect the shoes when they are returned. Makes me not want to try another pair, how do I know I won't get the very same ones back?

Fortunately I ordered both a size 6.5 and a size 7. I normally wear a 6.5 in a boot and already have a Blayre II in black in a 6.5 I thought I might want a little more room in case I wanted to add a sock for extra cold weather. But BE AWARE--the new styling in the Blayre III has shortened the zipper by 3/4" and the change in the seaming makes it stiffer in the instep. I could not even get my foot into the 6.5 (my high arch/high instep). Glad I ordered the size 7. It worked out fine. Love the style!

I ordered a half size up according to reviews and it was right on the money. Perfect fit! I originally wanted the chestnut but they were sold out so I opted for the black since I have been eyeing these for a few years and this is the first time they were at a great sale price. I like the black very much except there is a defect and I really feel it is due to the “UGG” packaging. They are wrapped in paper and it seems that since each boot is wrapped in its individual UGG paper , somehow the top layer of the leather was ripped off when I unwrapped the right boot, I noticed there is a big section where that part is a different textured now. It looks suede there now. And it is a pretty big section. I didn’t think it was a big deal at first but when I looked at them in a brighter light, they are noticeable for sure. (This has happened once before with a pair of UGGs I purchased and Zappos was happy to replace them so I exchanged them immediately and the replacement pair was normal. ?? I spoke to your customer service letting a gentleman know. He advised I write a review. I am keeping them because they were 40% off and I have wanted them for so long and these were the last pair in a 9&1/2. If I had paid full price, I would have sent them back for a refund.....since there is no more in my size. This is not a Zappos issue. I feel it is the way UGG packages their boots.

I usually wear a size 7 in other Ugg styles but felt most comfortable with an 8 in the Blayre Boot. I ordered the Dove which looks grey on the website but it is a brownish-grey with predominantly brown tones. Love the style and the fact that they are waterproof as I am planning on wearing them in the UK rainy winter.

After reading the reviews I ordered a half size up and am glad I did. They fit perfectly with socks. These are warm and comfortable but just a little bit heavy. These are my favorite boots. I’ve never been a fan of the original Uggs because they have no arch support but these have just the right amount for my feet.

These are great boots but definitely cut a bit small. I read the reviews and ordered a 9 instead of 8.5 (my normal size) and they are great.
