Pretty surprised about this fit. I have other UGGs that are 8.5. This 9 felt like an 8.

Very comfortable

Great boots, great style. Very warm and nice heel. Ordered 1 half size larger than my usual and they fit fine. Added an arch support under the shearling bottom (which I could easily remove and replace on top of the support) so they are a bit more supportive. Price is high but well worth it for warm winter boots.

These boots will have you laughing at the Polar Vortex and saying, 'why did I wait so long to order these?' Fit exactly to my usual size. Do Not Size up! The soft Uggy footbed will conform to your foot after one wearing. Looking great with skinny jeans. Warm! Walk all over in the crummy Midwestern snowy sidewalks and no salt stains. I did mink oil my boots and they enjoyed that very much. Get em!

I ordered a half size bigger based on reviews and they were too big. Returning

Love these boots. The first pair I got developed a hole in the upper after three days of wearing them, but Zappos was kind enough to take them back since it was a defect. These boots are so cute and super comfortable. I just learned that Uggs are supposed to be worn without socks and I find this particular pair is more comfortable without. They seem to fit perfectly without socks, but a tad too small with even thin socks.

This is a great everyday boot - the ankle support is comfortable and fits underneath a pats leg nicely. The boot does run a full size small if you intend to wear any kind of thicker winter sock due to the shearling lining. The boot is made of a distressed leather so it is not suitable for business wear - but great for walking to and from work.

Super cute boot! Usually wear a 7-7.5, but had to return and get an 8...fits perfectly! So go up a 1/2 size for a good fit. Little stiff but after I wear them they will loosen up the leather.

Love these boots but had to send original order back to get 1/2 size larger. Zappos made return so easy.

Great boot, fun style for casual wear. I generally wear an 8 but ordered the 8.5 due to the reviews. I didn’t need the 8.5, but I can wear thick socks with them. Chipmunk color and I really like it!

I would recommend going a 1/2 size higher but I love the boots and the customer service at Zappos was incredible.

Love these boots for winter when I don’t want heavy big snow boots!!! I don’t even wear socks most of the time because they are so comfortable. I usually wear a 9 but ordered 9.5 which was the right move.

These boots are super comfy and warm. The dove color goes with everything and I get lots of compliments. They are easy on and off and the tread makes walking in the snow much easier. Will definitely buy the brown and I highly recommend these boots.

This is a substantial boot. It’s heavy with great traction and grip. And warm. I wear with a pair of Bombas and my feet are always toasty warm. Easy to tuck pants into. Heavy duty zipper makes getting them on pretty easy. I ordered my usual UGG size and, even with a thick sock, they fit perfectly. They seem incredibly durable - I can’t imagine ever wearing them out. The cold really bothers me but when I have these boots on cold feet are never a problem. Money well spent.
