I LOVE wearing these boots! They are SO comfortable. Great arch support and no pinching anywhere.

So in love with these super cute boots!! I have a high arch, a high instep, and wide foot and these boots in a wide are so comfortable! If you have a super high instep like me, you might feel the seam across the top, but I've worn these several days in a row and spent hours on my feet and they still feel great. They are very high quality, soft and supple, and the foot bed is a dream. I'm going to order another pair. So stoked to find a boot that fits so well and is so comfortable!!

This shoe fit like a glove and required no breaking in whatsoever. I have a very narrow foot and bought this in an 8.5 N and it was perfect. I almost can't believe these aren't sneakers. I love the style as well. I'm going to live in these!

I got these boots in the cognac suede and they are so soft and beautiful! I'm also very glad to find my size, since a narrow width is so hard to find. So thanks, Softwalk, for giving that option. The arch support is in a bit of a weird spot but it's a minor thing. Otherwise, they are the perfect fall bootie!

I have a very narrow foot. I bought a narrow boot, but it was too wide. I put in an insert and now it fits better. The boot is very comfortable and stylish. I'd purchase it again.

I have been searching for a flat/low heel ankle boot in my odd (11W) size. Since I have numerous foot issues, mostly on one foot, this was a challenge. While this boot isn’t perfect, it is close. Have had them on for almost 2 hours and no problems. They are okay across my foot (even over bunion), have enough room in ankle, and zippers are fine. With regular wear, they’ll stretch a bit more and should be perfect.

These boots are beautiful and extremely comfortable right out of the box. I almost didn't keep them, though, because the zippers were very hard to pull down and seemed to work or not work randomly. Thinking they were defective, I contacted Zappos and they sent me another pair, but they had the same problem. I called the manufacturer and they said they were not aware of any problem. Since I really wanted to keep these, I discreetly applied a bit of lip balm to the top of the zipper, and that did the trick. I suppose I'll need to lubricate the zippers with lip balm periodically, but I'm otherwise very happy with my purchase.

I wear size 12N. So, when I see a pair of boots or shoes in my size, I have to act quickly. These boots are extremely soft and comfortable. I wore them today with no pain. They are true to size. I don't think they are overly cute. But, my options are pretty limited. I'm thankful that Zappos carries shoes in my size. I'm not sure how long the heels on these boots will hold out. I read reviews on a different Trotter shoe with the same heel. Some of the ratings were low because of the material used and its lack of lasting power. It's a wait and see.

These are the softest boots ever! I wear a 3A width and that's just not to be found in a short boot. I expected these 2As to be a tad wide and they are, but that can be dealt with by wearing heavier socks. I like to wear my straight leg pants over the shaft of my boots. These boots are just high enough that my pants leg don't get caught on the top of the boot when I stand up, so I am happy about that. I deleted 1 star from these almost perfect boots because they "eat my socks". I start out with my socks pulled up nicely but by the time I've walked a 100 feet, the socks have been pulled down into the boot and scrunched up under my foot. Perhaps this is due to them being a slight bit too wide. I'm not sure, but I'll be working to find the perfect boot/sock combination.

Is a cute shoe, but rubbed along the (inside) ankle where the elastic insert is. Could have been me, with sensitive ankles.

Narrow width review: I order 6.5N in these boots. They didn't fit as they should on my foot. I didn't spend much time analyzing the fit as the ankle area was really, really fat. No kidding! If you have an ankle issue which needs a roomy boot, this is the one for you!

This shoe is incredibly comfortable and looks good on my feet but like others said, the heel of the black leather looks like cheap particle board that hasn't been finished. I tried these in the black suede as well and those were purposefully worn at the toe. I know that torn jeans are a thing but I I don't think worn out shoes are. Why did they do this?

I wanted to love these. They are so cute and the leather is buttery soft. However the arch support just felt like a weirdly shaped lump under my arch which was more uncomfortable than supportive and after 20 min wearing them around the house my feet were sore. I like the style and otherwise feel of them it took me a long time to decide they needed to go back but for this price I need them to be more comfortable.

I loved these boots but I had to return them as they were too wide in the heel box for my narrow feet, heel slipped up and down : (. even though they were "Narrow"

They shouldn't even call this a Wide shoe! It was so narrow that I couldn't even get my feet in.

These are comfy in softness footbed regard and the leather is buttery soft similar to MIzMooz...HOWEVER they offer ZERO arch support or stability...RETURNING. A little narrow too and I have narrow feet. Ankle opening was a little wide for my liking too. Again, skinny ankles though

Buyer beware!! I agree with the other reviewers who had issues with the stacked leather on the heel coming off! I have had mine for maybe two months, but I’ve seriously worn them only 3 times (and not much walking on those occasions), and I’m really unhappy that the stacked leather on the heel is already starting to lift from the rubber sole! I should have listened to the other reviewers who had that problem, but I was really excited about these boots once I got the width/sizing right. (I landed on a size 1/2-1 full size up from what I usually wear in a wide.) They are pretty comfy, soft & versatile, and offered in a wide, though as usual they are not as supportive as I would like. I wouldn’t wear them all day if you are on your feet or walking a lot. The lower-quality side zippers are also prone to sticking and I don’t have a lot of confidence that they will stand the test of time. I’m the most dismayed with the heel issue though—I would expect that from a $20 pair of plastic fashion booties from Payless—not a $100+ pair of suede boots! It’s a shame—they are cute and comfortable otherwise, but quality in important functional details is really lacking for this price.

I bought these boots excitedly-Well unfortunately after 1 wear the heels literally fell apart-Very Disappointed

I cannot believe how horribly these boots are made! I bought them last year (my first pair) and then ordered another pair to have when the first gave out. The 2nd pair's zipper fell apart instantly. Then I exchanged them and it happened again! Now, a year later, I decided to try again. I wore the boots 3 times and there is already a hole in the heel! Buyer beware!!! Will not be looking at these boots nor this company again.

These boots are stylish, comfortable and have a beautiful soft leather. Unfortunately after wearing only a couple of times, the heel started peeling apart significantly. These will be returned. Hopefully, this defect was only for this specific pair. Disappointed.

I loved these boots as soon as I put them on. Unfortunately I am having to send them back because the sole isn't stitched to the actual boot and is just glued. I would have never known this except for the fact that on both shoes the sole was half way detached due to poor gluing. I guess I'll reorder when/if they have my size in black again. I'm so disappointed because I loved the boot.
