I love these boots! I wear a 12 wide and have a wide toe box. Other boots I have tried look wide and make my feet look bigger. This boot makes my feet look smaller somehow and they are super comfy! And stylish!

I struggled with these shoes: the fit and comfort were great but the quality poor, particularly given the price. I was disappointed to pay $104 and receive a pair shoes that didn't even have a heel glued properly (see attached photos). There were (non-removable) stains on the shafts as well and scratches on the toe. That said, as other reviewers noted, the boots are wonderfully comfortable. Given that they were for work, and I have long commute, comfort may out way the make, but I'd recommend others wait til these go below $100...

Very comfortable to walk in - I walk about 2 miles a day for my commute. The sole is very flexible which is what makes them so easy to walk in. The only thing I regret about these shoes is that I didn't order them soon enough.

I have a slim narrow foot and find it very difficult to find stylish shoes which fit. Thank you Zappos for keeping me in shoes.

I LOVE these boots! Super cute and super comfortable. I can wear them all day and they don't hurt like other boots do. I got the Brandy-Suede and they're soft and cloud like.

I looked forward to having these boots. When I tried them on I had a difficult time unzipping while they were on my feet. Because my feet are narrow with a high instep I put on thicker socks and walked around. That would solve the loosens I originally felt. However, the zippers were still a problem whether I zipped and unzipped with the shoes on or not. Unfortunately I have to return these lovely shoes.

I love these boots! I tried several less expensive ones, but nothing was as comfortable. The leather feels like butter, they are comfortable, and my friends all complimented me on my new stylish boots. I like them so much that I ordered a second pair in "Brandy"!

I liked the shoes and really wanted to keep. They seemed comfortable too. But the zippers were terrible. I had hard time unzipping, so they are going back.

Dear Softwalk, I have now literally tried on every single bootie you make. They are all so cute, including this one. The sole is wonderful. and I wish I could wear them BUT your Wide is NOT wide. Even your double wide is not wide!!! Please fix this problem! I would have bought several of your styles, but my toes are all cramped up in these and every other shoe you make. I don't even have a super wide foot!! In some brands i can wear a medium, but unfortunately your shoes are too narrow.

After wearing for the first day the heel is delaminating, not what is expect for an expensive boot. Will be contacting Zappos and Softwalk for replacement.

I walked around New York City all day in these very comfortable boots. No break in needed. The arch support is very good and the wide width accommodates my bunions and arthritis. I also like the rubber sole but sturdy heel. The leather is very soft. The shape makes it not too casual but not too dressy. A great boot for the price. And kudos to Zappos for providing a wealth of choices in hard to find sizes.

I first got these boots in Brandy 6.5 m, my usual size, when I opened the box they looked so tiny and narrow I had trouble getting my hand in in the boot to remove the really tight packing, not even my toes could get in. I exchanged them for wide [which has never worked for me before] and they are a perfect fit. The color and texture of the suede is really pretty. They are so soft and flexible just right heel, so comfortable my feet think they are house slippers. The poor quality nylon zipper is unfortunate and just wrong for these boots, gets stuck at the top really hard to pull down if it goes all the way up I discovered the trick is stop just before the top. My feet refuse to give up these boots, this is the kind of situation where I would usually order a second pair but will not because of the zipper. Although I still need some black boots so I must confess I am considering the black, these boots are just too cute to return!

The leather is like butter. I ordered the black and it is so stylish. I love the different colored sole. The arch support is very uncomfortable, hits in an odd spot and is made of a different material than the rest of the footbed. The insert is glued down so I couldn't remove and insert my superfeet. The heel was peeling apart so back they go.

Super cute boot, loved the way it looked on my foot, but returning because the medium width is so narrow I couldn't even a thin pair of socks on. The arch support felt great! Also, didn't care for the toe of the boots looking like they were scuffed up already. :(

I got these 2 days before I left for a week in New York. When I put them on, it was instant love! They are some of the most comfortable boots I've ever had!! We did alot of walking, and my feet were always comfy. I love these!

Love this bootie! These have oft, flexible leather uppers with a nice flexible rubber sole and real wood stacked heel. The opening is not too big and not too small so you can tuck jeans in or not as you prefer. They hit about 2 inches above my ankle bone so they meet the hem of leggings without a gap. The inner sole is cushioned and the arch support is better than average. I have very high arches so this is a nice surprise for me. The toe box is wide enough to be comfy but not so wide as to be frumpy. Overall a great city shoe!

These booties are just what I was looking for. The width is perfect. While it is a flat boot, it is a bit more dressy than most flat booties. This is my second pair of Softwalk boots and they are consistently comfortable with good arch support, yet stylish.

I love this boot and it is comfortable, but even though I got a narrow width, it is still a bit too wide in the heel. If I wear a little bit thicker sock--which I do in Fall and Winter anyway--I can get by. I will add heel grips to them to help too. Comfy and cute!

I bought these thinking that I would not care for them at all, but I surely was wrong on that call. They are are extremely comfortable which is very important as I teach and am on my feet all day. They also are really attractive, and as the color is neutral, are very versatile. Total win!

Great taupe Grey color with super quality leather is so attractive. Can go upscale or casual. I have narrow feet so this brand and style proved the right fit.

Love this brand. Super comfy right out of box. I have high insteps so the extra support in bed of boot is nice. Some reviewers complained about pinching but I have not had that issue. I also purchased the boot in black suede which I love as well.

This boot is exactly what I anticipated from SoftWalk, comfortable and stylish. I wanted something that I could wear with jeans or a skirt. Also, being size 11.5, the 12 fits well with socks, which many boots in this size do not. I can wear regular, rather than hiking, socks and feel snug and comfy. I purchased it in Brandy, and love the rich color.

I have been searching since last winter for a nice bootie that fits and is comfortable. This one is both. I normally wear 7.7Narrow and this one actually fits--with a reasonably roomy toe box, a heel that is not too wide and some arch support.. Then leather is really soft and smooth and the heel has just enough height to give a stylish flair. Ordered a second pair in the suede Brandy.

Slightly narrower than an average M (B) width shoe, but the leather is soft and pliable, so it works. Incredibly comfortable and lightweight. And very cute.
