The shoes fit great and are comfortable. The back is a little high and I developed a blister after wearing them without nylons on a humid day. I know better for the future. I recommend these shoes!

These shoes were very comfortable. Will have to buy a half size smaller next time.

I used my recommended size which is a half size larger than my foot and I walked right out of them.

I wear either 7 1/2 or 8 depending on the style. Other reviewers said that these run small so I ordered 8 and I'm glad I did since 7 1/2 would definitely been too short. They are a bit too wide, but not really a half size too wide. Arch support is minimal. I put an insert under the removable insole and that made them much more comfortable. The style is fine, neither too dressy nor too clunky, and the burgundy color is just what I was looking for.

Cute shoe and I really wish it had fit me. I have a wide foot with high arch & instep and this just was not comfortable over the instep.

Shoes very comfortable but too nationwide in toe box for wide width. I do have that problem with Clark’s sometime.

Love the look! The bronze metallic looks sharp with the black trim. Squishy comfy but a little wide through the middle with no arch support. Put my Superfeet insoles in but still get a twinge of neuroma pain between toes. Not a walking shoe for me...more like a slipper.

This shoe is very cute & comfortable for the most part. Only the front/toe box area was a bit more narrow & snug than I anticipated (perhaps should have gotten 8-Wide instead of 8-Medium). They are otherwise wonderfully soft & comfy....hopefully they will stretch out a bit in the toe area after more wear. If you have feet that run on the thick side, you may want to consider purchasing Wide over Medium.

I wear a wide width and have the beginning of a bunion. These shoes work for me. I like the look. It's hard to find comfortable shoes that don't look like sneakers or slippers.

Had to order three different sizes but I finally got it right. Fits true to size. I did not size down as some of the reviews suggest you should do. Very comfortable and light.

Cute shoe. I normally wear 8.5 or 9. The 8.5 W I received was too short and not wide.

Comfortable, but a little too big. A smaller size was not available or I would have ordered it.

I have these in gray in 6.5 M when I usually wear 6W. The ones in black felt tighter in the toe box and I was afraid going down to 6W would be too small, but they may have worked. The 6.5W feels good in the toe box now but it's a little loose at the back heel but not too bad. Other than that pretty comfortable.

I like these shoes but do not love them. They are comfortable for wide feet but not very stylish or attractive. Looks kind of blah on my feet. Will probably wear more with slacks then shorts and skirts.

I wanted a comfortable black ballet flat I could commute and travel in. I tend to buy my summer shoes in W in case my feet swell. I’m a typical 9.5 in most brands, this 9.5 was a tad big for me in the heel. I decided not to exchange for a 9 as the fit was good near the top of the shoe (adequate toe room). If you’re someone who’s more concerned about shoes being too big size down a half size.

I thought these were a good all around go with everything shoe but they are narrower than most Clark’s 11Ws. I also wasn’t sure I liked that they are synthetic and tend to run hot. Usually WWs are too wide especially in the heel. I still haven’t decided if when I send these back I’ll order some WWs. They were too tight to tell how the soft insoles felt. My impression was they would feel comfortable in the beginning but am not sure how supportive they would feel over time.

Too wide in back of shoe - I’ll need to add insoles; otherwise feels like walking in a pillow!

These were okay. Had to return because the 12 wide ran a bit larger than usual fit.

Definitely comfortable; no blisters, sore toes, or break-in period. A smidge big but very comfortable when you have been standing or it is the end of the day. I will probably order another pair of these in blue when they are back in stock!

When I tried on this shoe, it actually did feel like it would be comfortable. However, I have an especially sensitive right baby toe, so when it starts to feel like it's rubbing against the shoe, I know it is not going to work for me in the longrun. Unfortunately I had to return

The Clarks Ayla Low are true to size and width. The have a nice cushion, but no arch support. Still, they're comfortable. I like the stitching on the top. Wish they were leather; if they hadn't been on sale, I wouldn't have paid so much for non-leather shoes. I hope they last a while.

Put the shoe on and immediately felt a pinch in my arch and heel as if they were narrow instead of regulars. Length felt true, it's just the width

I did like Clarks Ayla, but unfortunately the toe box is not comfortable (not wide enough as it hurts my toes). The size 7 1/2 is long enough even when I tried it with an arch support. Regrettably I have to return them. Thank you Zappos for your excellent service.
