The size was the right size but did not fit. It actually hurt when I tried to put the shoe one. I sent them back this morning.

had to return them because the band around the shoe is narrow and has no give to it.

They didn’t fit and I sent them back. However I have to add that the customer service and return service were excellent. Because of this I will definitely order from Zappos again. My refund was amazingly fast and when I had a question for customer service they were polite knowledgeable and friendly. I already have two other pairs picked out and I’m looking for one more.

Flimsy, no support at sides. Sides flopped open

These Clark shoes looked great. And then I wore them. They feel sloppy due to the footpads having no support. I’m very disappointed in Clarks shoes. I will not buy from them again.

I had to return these shoes, and I really do not like doing that to any company, especially one as good as Zappos! I really did not like the shoes. They did not look good on my mature feet. I thought they looked like Mary Janes without the instep strap. The dark finishing on the top of the shoe was really less than chic!

Not particularly my style

Given that these were Clarks, I had high hopes that they would fit right out of the box just like most of the other Clarks shoes I've purchased from Zappos. I have a wide foot and ordered my standard 8W, and while the length was good, they were way too narrow. They felt so much like a "B" (medium) width I even checked the label to make sure they didn't send the wrong size (they didn't). I am so disappointed. Back they go.

These are very comfortable, but look like something meant for someone much, much, much older. I wish I could keep it, but I can't see myself ever wearing it. Back it goes!

This shoe is not the right one for me. I need a one inch heel or up to 2 inch heel. To walk in a flat shoe hurts my body all over. But, what I did do was to remove the inner sole and put into another shoe and felt like I was in heaven...

I have an old pair of Clarks flat slip on that I've been trying to replace for the past 4 years. This shoe doesn't cut it. It's too soft everywhere, it's not leather, gives no foot or heel support. I overpronate, and good shoes are needed to give enough support to keep my ankles from hurting. These are so soft, I could see that my feet weren't being held in place within the shoe. These are best for people with perfect feet that don't require any form of support. The length and width is good, just too little support all around.
