very narrow

Runs too small

I loved the cushiony padding inside this shoe! That is why I am going to try other shoes with this same cushion. But this shoe? No, the shoe cut across the top of my foot right above the toes and it was very uncomfortable. I would like to see them extend this a bit. The sides of the shoe bowed out when walking because they were too wide. I normally wear a 12W or 12M depending on the shoe. So I may have liked the 12M better, but the top of the shoe was simply too short. So I am trying other shoes from this collection.

Unfortunately Clark brand needs to figure out a way so shoes don't slip at the heel. Every clark shoe I have tried, the heel just is too loose. Maybe they could put some kind of goring back their so shoe stays on the foot. Other than that the shoe would fit.

I really liked the look of the shoe, and it felt comfortable trying it on, but the border around the opening gapped when I walked and the heel slipped also.

I think this should be offered in a 10.5. An 11 was too large.

Material sturdy and sleek. Finding correct size is an adventure and "wide" is not really wide.

The foot bed did not work for me. My feet hurt the second I put these shoes on. I have bunions and these shoes seemed to put my weight right onto that area.

Altho they fit well, they looked sloppy on my feet. I need a more dressy style.

Some Clark's are truly wide enough for someone who needs lots of toe space, but not this one! Too tight in toe area.

I returned these as they didn't fit well plus I didn't really like the appearance enough to exchange for another size. I must say I appreciate Zappo's easy returns at no charge. Just drop them off to be sent back.

These shoes were a big disappointment. They were very comfortable when I first put them on but after about an hour and some walking they were rubbing blisters under my ankles. These shoes are too deep even with the inserts. The trim piece that runs around the entire shoe is stiff and rubs incessantly. It also has some stitching that adds to the rubbing and discomfort right at the ankle. I like the look and color and was hoping to wear them on a trip where I expect a lot of walking. I will try adding another insert to raise the foot bed. As they fit now, they are too painful to even wear around the house.

The front top opening is too wide and the opening edges hit my big toe joints, painful! Otherwise it is soft and comfortable.

Very cute shoe with nice design details, and a nice true navy color! I need good support for my lousy arthritic ankles, and these fall short. The topline is too loose and sloppy, so even with an added arch they don't support. These are going back.

Yes, it felt like I was walking on a pillow, but there's no way I'd be caught dead wearing these to work in a professional setting - and I'm not exactly a fashionista. They look (and feel) like house slippers. I guess they'd be good as house slippers, except that's not what I was shopping for.

I tried these in hopes of finding a comfortable, work-appropriate flat that can be worn with skirts - but I don't think such a thing exists, all these types of shoes result in painful bloody feet and I guess that will never change. It's definitely worse for larger sizes, because the shoe's structure is compromised by the long length. I figured to keep these under my desk so I only have to wear them in the office (i.e., I'm not asking for the ability to walk more than a few feet in them), but my heels keep popping out and they're not at all comfortable. I was so happy when the work-from-home revolution happened, because that's the ultimate solution to this perennial problem.

I wear a 10 in Clark’s. I think a 10W. I’m not sure because I suspect a Wide is too wide for my foot. This Shoe: has zero support. My foot falls to each side when I have them on my feet. Yes, I Returned!

My MIL can wear them and she is a size 8. I am a true size 9 and these hurt to put on. My MIL wins! :)

This felt like a European 36 which is about an inch too long for my foot. I wear a true size 5 so I find this very disappointing. Loved the style and comfort but way too big. Please make shoes that will fit my foot. I am not ready to have to shop in the children's department!

Very narrow and small

Did not fit...brushed my left toe by my little toe. Fit too tight.
