I love these shoes. I loved them the second I put them on. They are super comfortable and even cuter on as they have a subtle pattern on them that doesn't show well in photos. Also, the navy is actually navy. It's a dark blue with black accents that will allow me to wear them with navy or black. These shoes also fit above my bunions, so they are comfortable that way, but the lining is also comfortable They are well-cushioned and fit well. I took off slippers to put try these on, and they are just as comfortable. I am replacing a pair of Clarks that I have worn for years and would continue to wear, except my feet are now a half size larger. Thanks to Clarks, and to Zappos for their great customer service.

This shoe is absolutely amazing. I have problem feet and need a lot of support. This shoe is simple and not ortho-looking at all-- it has more of an Eileen Fisher woman vibe-- but it is the most comfortable I have tried. It is so cushioned and also so flexible and soft at the top so there is absolutely no pinching or tightness anywhere. They will work wonderfully with professional clothes for the fall. I could see myself buying these continuously for a lifetime-- I hope they keep making them :)

A comfortable shoe, though a bit wide. I need a wide across the toe area, which unfortunately translates to a bit wide across the middle and heel of the shoe. Still, it is comfortable to wear. Color and texture very nice, true to description.

Like a slipper- This is a super comfortable, right-out-of-the-box shoe. If I was only using comfort level as a decision this is the best shoe ever. The material is very stretchy so if you have bunions you will be happy. The sole is squishy and the shoe is lightweight. But. It is a very basic round toe flat. I got the all black so the decorative stitching doesn't show up making it very plain. Maybe the contrasting colors would make this a bit more interesting. I haven't decided to keep them yet, but again, they are sooo comfortable it's like I'm not even wearing shoes. One concern is whether they will stretch out since the material is so stretchy to begin with. I do think this is a great shoe if you have problem feet and need comfort.

Have terrible feet from years of misuse and ignoring the problems - to find a shoe that is not a rocker-bottom athletic shoe that allows me to walk is near impossible - and if it is comfortable also - WOW! I am a true 9.5 medium and that is exactly the size that worked - it allowed me to insert additional arch support under the VERY cushy removable insoles. I have extremely poor arches and require special attention in that area - I am sure most people would be thrilled with these shoes just the way they come. The color was extremely convenient - no need to purchase 2 pairs of shoes and pack them for trips - this works for navy as well as black - what a find! In addition to the comfort level, I have trouble with most shoes keeping my heel from slipping up as I step - these hit high enough on the foot to stay on, but not so high that they hurt the back of my foot - a very well thought out design. If you appreciate comfort, support, economy, and attractive - these are for you.

I liked the look of these but, even with my inserts felt like there was NO support at all in them. These are probably good for someone younger that doesn't have problem feet. I thought with the good reputation and reviews of Clarks that they were worth a shot but, these just won't work for me. I should have known given the price point. Thank goodness for Zappos & their easy return process.

I had gotten these and a Skechers pair, but sadly, I am returning these ones because they didn't look very good on my feet compared to the Skechers, even though these are sized as W. They were comfy and felt true to size (I usually wear a 7.5 W), but my feet just looked better in the Skechers ones than these ones. Someone else may enjoy these very comfy shoes, though. Pics posted for each respective pair.

They are very comfortable, but unfortunately I need a size 10.5 and they dont make that. I'll be returning the size 10 and size 11. Boo!

The arch support is only minimal, I would like more. But the insole is very cushy! Makes for a very comfortable walking shoe. The shoe also stretches and does not put pressure points on sore areas of feet. I'm liking these shoes!

I returned these. I had ordered a size smaller than usual because I read other reviews that said they run large. I don't think so. The 1/2 size smaller were too small. I ended up getting a different style. They are nice looking and I have considered buying them in the larger size. So far, I have not. Wish they came in more colors!

I bought this shoe in the navy blue and at first, I loved it. It has good arch support and is both stylish and comfortable. I ordered a second pair in the black color. While I awaited its arrival, I came to realize that the blue pair was not as comfortable as I first thought. I feel like the toe box is a bit tight and it puts pressure on my big toes. So, sadly, I returned the second pair and will only wear the original pair on rare occasions. I do really like the Cloudstepper product line from Clarks but not all of them work for me.

These are my first Cloud Steppers but not my first pair of Clarks. They're fine, they are not great. I wanted a ballet style flat that I could wear to work and look professional while being on my feet for 8-9 hours. I had to go with a 7.5 wide, because despite the reviews that these run wide that was not my experience. I purchased a 7.5 regular and had to return them because they were not wide enough. In the past, I have been able to get Clarks shoes in regular width so I was surprised by this. As for the amount of support, I feel like any benefits these shoes offer come from the insert and not the shoe itself, which is disappointing. The shoe feels flat, which is disappointing because for many years Clarks made nice looking flat shoes with great structure and support. I'm keeping it as a convenient slide on but these will not be my go to shoe.

They fit well, so easy and comfortable. This is my second order, wanted an additional color. I wore the shoes on a 12 day trip to Europe, never changed into a different shoe. I was not bothered by the cobblestones in Portugal or the very Long walks sightseeing in Vienna. Can highly recommend them.

They were a half size too large and I would like to get the same shoe in a 7 1/2 Med.

These are wonderful shoes! They look nice. They feel like "butter" on your feet. No breaking them in. They fit! That's it! The only reason I couldn't give them a five-star review is that they offer very little support. But I knew that before I bought them. They will get a lot of use with all of my blue and black pants for church, for meetings and for dinners out. After all, how much support do you need if you're driving or sitting? They have a good non-slip sole!!

I bought these for my mom who has the same shoe in a different color. She is elderly, with lots of feet problems, and she finds these to be the most comfortable shoes for her.

The Clarks Ayla low is very comfortable and super light. It fits true to size and very stylist. Some Clarks shoes made for the 50 plus look "old", not this Ayla low!

These shoes are so comfortable. I normally expect pressure points when I first try on new shoes but the inner band is so soft and forgiving that they fit perfectly and felt great right out of the box. I love the style as well. They can be worn with pants or a skirt and look like a ballet flat with a thicker, more substantial sole that can withstand the outdoor elements. I am tempted to buy another pair in a different color. The price was very affordable.

Love these flats! Bought them for a trip to Europe that required lots of city walking. I wanted something that looked dressier than running shoes. These were perfect. They accommodated my orthotics, but they were so comfy with their padded insoles that I found myself wearing them without the orthotics. They looked great with pants, but were a bit clunky with skirts. They held up fairly well to light showers. They also took up very little room in my suitcase. I will definitely wear these at home too.

I had high hopes for this shoe when I ordered it but alas Clarke's has failed me again. The shoe is too big/wide. I'm not sure why but the only Clarkes shoe that has fit me in years was Aria and they stopped making it. I probably won't try again . . . . its a pity because the shoe seemed fairly sturdy and comfortable but its too big and I don't like the idea of getting a smaller size. Previous attempts on that approach didn't really work either.

9M fits like a dream. Comfy removable inner soles which I probably wouldn't remove. Planning a trip where I wanted an all purpose shoe for walking and casual.

These are the perfect shoes to wear without socks; comfortable and lightweight. I owned the blue ones so ordered the grey to go with more. I wear them as warm weather shoes. They are truly comfortable right out of the box!

While this fit my foot, it is hard - not much padding. Clarks have been a go-to for me, but lately they seem to have not foot-bed softness at all. I wore them around the house for a short time and could not imagine wearing them all day. True, I have whiney feet - but as I read reviews, everyone has that problem. I am a 9M, and these fit, they were just too firm on the footbed.

The material is super soft. It reminded me of a sketchers shoe (side material and bottom cushion). However, the sides buckle/flare out when the foot is flexed during walking. I did not care for this so I am returning the shoes.
