I'm sure they're wonderful but I never received them and was refunded.

I love Hey Dude shoes! I emailed customer service and havent heard back. I ordered the Wendy - grey and received a totally different color.

The toe on the right shoe wasn't sewn correctly and they are much more narrow than my last pair. Very disappointing!

Received shoes that were worn

Worst customer service! You cannot get in touch with them, no number and nonresponse on their email! Items do not arrive. I contacted my credit card company and disputed charges. Will NEVER buy again!!

The sizes run big

So its called Wendy- Grey but the actual color was a more like a yucky army green canvas. Not grey! And not very attractive which I had prepared to wear to a family reunion the next week

These shoes are NOT grey. They are tan. I have two pair of the same color. I LOVE HEYDUDES but these are NOT Grey.

These were not the dark gray they appear in the photo more often a tan ish gray. They run small and I returned them.

Buyer beware. They will sell you shoes that are sold out and then when they don't show up they will ask you to spend more money if you would still like a pair of shoes. Their customer service is literally the worst. This would have been my first pair but plan to spend my money elsewhere. Also after I told them the pair never arrived they made me wait another three days to again tell them they never came. Over two weeks and best they could offer me is a refund. Don't sell shoes that are out of stock then make the customer feel bad. I wasn't expecting much but a discount or coupon for the fact my shoes never came would of helped. And being up front about having to pay more if I still wanted a pair would have been nice.

Sent the wrong sizes. Unfortunately, they were delivered when I was recovering from a kidney transplant. By the time I realized they were the wrong sizes, I left an electronic message on the site, but received no response. A week or two later, I used the chat about an exchange or refund and was told I was past the refund or exchange period, but I wasn't when I reached out two weeks earlier. Lame. They didn't care about anything and the customer service was pathetic. I have already convinced my family and brother's family to switch back to Sanuks and gave the brand new, but incorrect shoes to a donation center. I will never buy another pair of Hey Dudes'. Pathetic.

I ordered Wendy Grey and they are not grey at all! They're Tan. I was so disappointed. I ended up keeping them because it was easier than returning them. So upset though!

They were supposed to be grey and don't even come close to that color . They are more beige than anything .

These shoes are more of a beige then grey. Other then that they are great.

Unable to get a response back from customer support as the wrong size was ordered. Very unfortunate as was so excited to have my first pair - I still cannot get a response as need to get the correct size.
