This is a major issue and quite disappointing with these shoes. They're hurting the back of my ankle, causing significant pain and regret over my investment in them. In contrast, I have a similar shoe from a different brand that is incredibly comfortable and has given me no issues.

I just returned the shoes because they are fitting too tight and I needed a Wider size but Cole Haan does not carry that for this shoes.

Site says size is normal but they are half a size too big from a normal 12 that wear. There are no exchanges on these so can't get an 11.5. It's unfortunate to buy a shoe online that says it doesn't run large but then when you receive it it does.

It will take forever to receive. I understand it being delayed because it iced over for 2 days, I'm not understanding why it took an extra 5 days for it to arrive after that.

After about 6 months of limited use, the heal is coming apart.

The are not the quality I though they would be

I've bought several Cole Hahn shoes. That's all I buy for dress shoes and these are the only ones that don't fit. Returning them today

This is my fourth pair. This last pair is not nearly as comfortable as the previous three.

The size 10s I received are bigger than size 10.5 Cole Haan shoes from 3 years ago. Impossible to order online if their own sizing is so inconsistent.

Not comfortable at all co pared to my Johnston Murphy's. Lacked cushion on the insoles.

Hate them. Peeled the back of my foot. Can't even wear them.

Fits large, gets dirty way too quick

These are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever purchased. The sizing is way off. Stylish, sure, but stay away if you have wider feet or are in between sizes and don't waste your money.

They were returned for a smaller size. Have not received a refund or a new pair. They were purchased for my son and he returned them for a smaller size.

The fit is off. It runs long, and my heel slips out. Unfortunately returned these which otherwise look great in all black and feel comfy with the knit upper.

Sizing was off! I own 20 different Cole haan shoes these run small!!!!

Changed sizing and fit. Heel slips out and too narrow in toe box now.

Nice shoe and looks great but run much larger than my previous 7 pairs of Cole Haans. I wish I didn't need to wear them to find out as they felt fine. They feel nice and tight and then after an hour it was apparent they were way bigger than a 9. I wish I could have swapped them out after the first wear as I won't be getting much use out of them.

I sent it back. To narrow.

Runs too big. Order a size down.

Received shoes but The width is too narrow, I have one in a different color and the fit is good. Don't understand.

Unbearably uncomfortable. Wore twice and can't wear anymore. The unstructured heal is too unstable so you end up off the back of the shoe. I'm a huge fan of the "Grand" line, but these are unfortunately a miss.

These shoes don't stretch or give at all! Worse pair if shoes I've ever purchased and very uncomfortable.
