The sizing of Cole Haan shoes confuses me. I've got 2 pairs of size 9 penny loaf zerogrands, and I love them Bought this shoe in the store, and size 9 was much too big. Ended up getting a size 8.5, and while it fits my shoe length-wise, it's entirely too narrow. Pretty sad. I was told that it would stretch but I've worn it for at least 4 full days and it's still much too tight on my foot. Looks great but I guess I should have gotten a wide size, even though I've never had to purchase a wide shoe in my life :( either taking this to the store to have them stretched or just sell em..

These were very tight and had several friction points. Very unpleasant experience .

I wear Cole Haan exclusively for office attire, so I'm very familiar with their shoes. I've had a similar pair of these in blue for years. These shoes are unwearable. I keep getting severe ankle blisters, and the heel is very tight even after loosening the laces considerably. I also bought these in black, but haven't tried those yet. I am hoping it's a manufacturing defect related to this specific pair - and that's a shame, because the reason I buy CH products is the quality.

Wore once. The old Zerogrands were the most comfortable shoes. Not these! Wore these to work and by the time my day was over the (now in latest models) leather ring in the back of the shoe scraped the skin off the top of my heel and left it bloody. If you're looking for a shoe that makes walking painful even when you've stopped wearing it, this is the one.

I wore these shoes for 20 minutes and my heel was rubbed raw. There's a serious design flaw where the back of the heel meets the tab. The heel isn't secured in place and rubs up and down until it bleeds. A lot of money for an ill designed shoe.

These shoes are extremely uncomfortable. I thought I'd be able to tough it out or break them in but I was unsuccessful. I was forced to return them. They're really good looking shoes. Aesthetically, probably the best.

These shoes were extremely long and narrow. I am usually a size 11 in Men's dress shoes. The size 11 in these were about a size too long. I purchased a size 10.5 which was still too long, then a size 10, which were ironically the correct length fit but far too narrow. Very disappointing as I liked the shoe design

N/Adelivery took way too long so I am returning them, needed them for an event

Shoes great, but service by Cole Haan abismal. My shoes came super late, outside of the normal delivery window, and cole haan pretends like its ok. Paying a premium for shoes should also mean great service.

Extremely narrow, and feel really flimsy. It's like wearing a pair of very uncomfortable cheap slippers.

The back of the shoe is very uncomfortable and digs into your heel. They are unwearable.

Worst shoes ever made heel rubs inside of shoes

The shoes look nice and business casual. Unfortunatley, the pair I received that cuts into my Achilles tendon all day that makes it unbearable to walk in. I've had to wear bandages and buy heel protectors to prevent the back of my feet from being cut. My socks are even being worn away at that specific spot.

I've always heard about the hype with this brand. I've bought other high end brand shoes and sneakers before but never tried Cole Haan and decided to try them out during a big sale event. I don't understand the hype, these shoes are awkward to walk in and won't be buying from them again. This feels like it wasn't designed for people with a normal shaped foot.

Great looking shoe but defective in how the back part is made because it cuts the back of your ankle and creates terrible blisters.

This are the worse Cole Haan shoes I have ever purchased. The heel makes them almost unwearable. And the size varies a lot. Would definitely not recommend. Also, not returnable.

The heal part of the shoe hurts after wearing for a long period of time. Wouldn't recommend.

Caused blisters on my left ankle

This shoe will rub the back of your heels raw. Would NOT recommend to even my worst enemies.

Wore them once, never again. I literally wore them once to go to work, I realized they get super dirty, like literally I cannot use them anymore, they look so disgusting after one timeeee!!! I cannot believe it. I literally have like 40 pairs of Cole's and this one are the ones I don't like.
