Well as usual north face has always been the leader, when it comes to warmth in the winter and technologies associated with the season regardless of the various so called luxury brands and like usual they deliver with the north face nuptse vest an oldy but goodie lol

This is the second vest we've purchased. The first was so warm and ended up being used very often, so we got a second in a different color. Great quality!

I own a Nuptse down vest which I purchased about 20 years ago. It has a softer nylon shell, although possibly that comes with age and multiple washings. The older one is also longer and has larger arm openings (which I like). The older one is a beautiful shade of red which is no longer available. The new vest is certainly warm. I like the older vest better.

I brought this vest for my teenage son. He absolutely loves it! He’s been wearing it everyday since he got it!

The Nuptse works. I wear it as a layer under my Arrowood Dry-Vent all the time, especially when driving our neighborhood electric vehicle around town in the cooler evenings. Nuptse also works as an excellent around the yard core insulator when there's work to be done. The hood comes in handy too.
