I'm not even exaggerating when I say this jacket is everything I've dreamed. I've wanted this jacket for around 2 years and I finally got it. There's a reason it sells out quickly every time there's a restock. This is the jacket of my dreams and I love how warm it makes me and how it just adds onto my outfit. It's such a simple and chic jacket, I love it so much.

Fit and finish of jacket was great. Seemed like it would be plenty warm. (I've had North Face products for years.) I ordered it along with two other North Face winter coats and this one was my second choice. My only concern was the outer shell would not have been as tough and as water repellant as the others. Also wanted something a little less "sporty" than yellow one I ordered.

Causal wear in NYC. Windproof and generally weather proof. Seems to be more fashion than functional focused construction though

Decent classic TNF jacket, medium size fit me well 5'11 165lbs. I expected puffiness from a puffer but this jacket definitely takes it to the next level. It is much more bulky than I imagined and sometimes make it difficult to layer any hoodies or insulated jackets inside. Zipper does feel sturdier than some other jackets I have owned in the past.

I had never owned a jacket like this, completely worth your money. Its really warm and looks great with many outfits, cant wait to buy another jacket from here. The quality of the jacket completely there, its incredibly light while keeping you warm it just doesn't make sense.

i'm old so retro was what i was looking for. books i've read on the Mt Everest expeditions keyed my view of the jacket. XL is bigger than i normally would wear but anymore these items built in Sri Lanka or Bangledesh are coming out smaller....one review did say the size was smaller so i used that advice. when i feed the cats in the morning on the porch, often in the dark or in storms I needed a warm coat. My old Gerry coat was bought 40 years ago and the zipper was out so I decided to upgrade. North Face is very reliable and I'm so pleased, thank you.

I bought my Nuptse jacket for an Everest Base Camp Trek in Nepal. I am happy to report that it performed flawlessly, and it even got a chance to see Mount Nuptse on a very cold morning on Kala Patthar at over 5300 meters of elevation.

I got this jacket for my son. HeS 6"1 wight 165lbs. Order size M and fit perfectly. He love it.
