This jacket is pitiful. My husband bought one off the discount rack at a chain store, and I loved it. His is a heavyweight winter jacket, warm and comfortable. So I ordered one of my own, the exact same style. Three times the price from the North Face directly because everywhere else was out of stock. The thing they delivered was labeled "responsibility filled." What that means is mine has less than half the down as my husband's discounted North Face jacket. Mine is way too lightweight, which also makes it feel too large instead of the nice, warm and snug fit I was expecting. I wouldn't even consider wearing it in the Pacific Northwest frigid weather where work takes us several times a year. It's more like a wind breaker. If you're going to be environmentally friendly by reducing the amount of down, and therefore the cost of producing your product, charge less and change the product description so your customers are not blind-sided. This is not a winter jacket. Very disappointed.

Would not recommend

I bought the jacket to be utilized for every-day wear in cold weather. I am outside often in the winter and need warm and functional outerwear. The material used in the construction of the jacket is very cheap and thin. I bought the jacket in yellow and the outer material was so thin you could see the filling underneath it which resulted in the color being a muted yellowish green (very unattractive). I have bought other jackets from North Face of much better quality. The product I received was not worth the price.

Bought for my husband as a Christmas gift. It got caught on the car seatbelt and tore. Damaged. Expensive jacket that I sent back to hopefully get replaced.

I returned the jacket because the outer fabric was very thin and the color was tainted by the down underneath. In addition, the jacket did not fit well and was not consistent with the dimensions listed on the website.

This one just make me laugh ! Very very big

This product was a gift for someone therefore It wasn't opened immediately. When It was finally opened the yellow coat has black smudges all through It like something rubbed against and it transferred.

Didn't fit tried to exchange in store and had a terrible experience. Bought a bubble from H and m for $20.

At the first time I got this jacket, I can not believe there is a damage on this jacket. Besides, the color of the jacket is different with my expectation.

I am glad to get my first North Face and ordered another one.

This coat is similar to all of my other North Face coats, with the exception of the color. Its just TERRIBLE, other than that, nice enough coat

The pictures for the yellow colorway are very misleading! I just got my Jacket and I am very disappointed with how this jacket is showcased. The pictures display a very nice yellow (which was what I was expecting at the time of purchase) however in-person, you can see the down inside the jacket, making the yellow look really hideous. Despite being a brand new jacket, it looks worn-out, as if I have had it for 5+ years. I can't even return the product because I got it via a company discount and all sales were final.
