I never bought this gear .. someone tried to make a fake identity using my information to buy this gear .. the should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law .. I hope they get caught one day

Look so cheap,especially for this color. I can't wear because this looks so cheap as well as Urban outfitters.

Terrible quality for a $319 plus jacket! My brand new order arrived with a hole on the front of the jacket. Talk about poor QC.

too short and very bulkie, not user freindly

This does not have the original hood which made the jacket it also does not have the original poof . I have the original 96 last of the yellow. NF should come back with a lot of the originals and make them exactly the way they were made and stop cutting corners. I have all originals and so far every retro made does not compare if anything made like garbage. We customers should stop buying the items that are made with non quality and just get the stuff that is quality. Bet you will see the change immediately. $ makes things change especially when they are not getting the return for the garbage being made. Like this retro.

WHAT A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I GOT A BRAND NEW JACKET FACTORY SEALED WITH A BIG HOLE ON THE FRONT. TERRIBLE QC CHECKS, AND A VERY BAD WAY TO INTRODUCE A NEW CUSTOMER TO THE NORTH FACE BRAND. RETURNNG FOR A FULL REFUND. BUYER AVOID!

I bought the Nike Puffer Jacket for half the price and it's 2x thicker. Same with the beanie.

Recently got one and when opened the packaging there was long tear throughout the lower part of the jacket. Poor quality assurance.

My girlfriend and I bought the same jacket in mens and womens. The men's black material is made of a new recycled plastic cloth that not only leaks down all day but is also significantly thinner than my girlfriend's jacket. All in all a inferior product and I an extremely disappointed in the quality especially when you're paying almost $400 for a jacket. Sad to see that North Face is now focusing in influencers instead of quality.

I am 5'6" or 5'7" and 125lbs. I have multiple North Face jackets. I am a North Face small. At first, the Nuptse jacket seemed like the perfect jacket. Small was the correct size as are all my other jackets. The arm length was correct. The width was just enough to allow to me layer on something else. If I had a medium, I would be swimming in my jacket. The jacket was lightweight, warm, had a packable hood, and I could pack the whole jacket into the pocket. Then, I raised my arm. My arm was only raised to shoulder height and the jacket pulled up above my waist. Am I never supposed to move my arms? I can never shovel snow. Every time I move my arms, I will have 20 degree F wind blowing on my stomach. If I raise my arms all the way up, the jacket exposes my stomach even more. The jacket in neutral position just barely covers my waist. This seems like a major design flaw. I tried on my other North Face jackets and other brand jackets and this is not a problem. I was aware that the Nuptse was "short" because I saw reviews on the internet, but this is a joke. I am shocked that this jacket has such high reviews with such a massive design flaw. If there were another version of the Nuptse that were longer (or just normal sized like every other North Face jacket), I would buy the jacket again.

When it came in the mall I thought, I didn't order a pillow. But when I opened it and noticed it was this jacket and how thin it was I was highly upset and will be returning

I bought it because I saw one in person and thought it was amazing, I ordered one online and it came in with terrible quality. Purchase in store for better quality

The item I received has a strong chemical smell when I opened the package. The down filling was not as fine as the north face jackets I got years back. What’s more disgusting is that there are obvious white stains on this supposed to be new jacket.

The product got ripped very easy when I was walking next to the door. The quality doesn't qualify for the price.

Nice shape. But craft is not good with suture !

This was a Christmas gift to my son, in less than 2 weeks the zipper puller fell off and zipper teeth fell out.

Front zipper broke after less than two weeks. Now we need to send it back and won't have a jacket until the end of winter . VERY VERT disappointing! First and last time TNF customer.

Terrible quality. I own several Nupste jackets but the one I received a month ago is flat and the down is constantly coming out of the jacket. My other jackets are very firm, puffy, and have never had any of the down come out. I emailed North Face and haven't heard back after weeks of waiting.
