A good all around jacket for the winter months in the Willamette Valley. But consistent size from jacket-to-jacket is a problem. For example, I purchased this jacket about 9 years ago at size L. One year ago I purchased it again at size L but it was noticeably smaller throughout the torso and at least 1 inch shorter in the sleeves. Finally, I purchased yet another jacket this past week as an XL and it fits just about right but it is the exact same size as the size L jacket I bought 9 years ago.

Feathers constantly come out on my clothes

The quality of the product is excellent. However, ordering online was not a good experience as the item was larger than the measurements listed on the page. On the positive side, the shipping was faster than I expected. However, the return process was stressful. It took a few weeks after I returned the item to receive the refund.

too soon, it's still warm outside

There is a string that's loose. Might have to return it. It seems like it'll tear.

Wonderful jacket. It was just too big. I ordered a 2XL. but I realized it's male sizes. I have to reorder it in maybe a L

The jacket is very comfortable and has a nice color, but it appears bulky on a small-framed person. I highly recommend trying it on in-store before making an online purchase.

The jacket fits great and keeps me warm only thing I don't like is all goose feather come out and it's annoying

I like the product, but everytime I remove this jacket I get a massive electric shock. I once removed it and went to switch on a light switch and received a big shock.

Not exactly the color represented. Plus, I'm really old so no way can I compete with the coolness of the model.

Not as expected

The product is very warm and thin which never ceases to amaze me. I use it whenever it is cold outside and it keeps me warm. The only problem is the feathers are leaving on the inside and remain on my hoodies.

Not sure I like the fit given the price!

It's a great looking jacket, feels great and not heavy at all. I just wished sleeves were proportional to body ratio and length on the body a little longer. North face always fits bigger.

I've had this puffer jacket for 3 weeks & it's falling apart. The seams are falling out and it isn't the quality I was expecting. I've also been barley using it since the weather here is being bipolar. I do love the jacket but to save money & for better quality I would look elsewhere.

I use it daily. Its warm and comfortable.

it arrived all wrinkled. all the ones I've tried are wrinkled
