Boot strap broke after a few wears and now not only does it not function but it looks bad. I expected better construction from the boot.

I loved these boots, but the comfort and fit just didn't work for me. I wear a size 8 in Hunter boots and a size 9 in Sorel winter boots (leaving room for thick socks if needed) and Kamik Sienna 2 size 9 felt like a 7.5 to me. I returned the size 9 boots for 10 and they were just gigantic, so they're going back. I hope they improve their sizing and leave some room in the toe box for their future boots.
