These boots are absolutely great! They’re stylish as well as being comfortable at the same time.

Felt small went a size bigger

As soon as they arrived I couldn’t wait to rip open the box and put these babies on!!! I was happy and disappointed at the same time. They’re so damn cute!!! More so than expected! Unfortunately, I’m returning them but not before purchasing them again in a bigger size. They’re a bit too small for my liking especially once I have thicker socks on during winter. These boots are just what I was looking for that’s why I had to order again, right away. I don’t want these to sell out before my return goes through. Waste no time purchasing these boots. The inside is so soft and warm, and again they’re absolutely adorable! I ordered a size 8, reordered in a size 9.

These boots are great! They do run small - normally I wear a 6 or 6.5 and the 7 is a perfect fit. They're cozy, easy to get on and off, and durable. It's been about 7 to 15 degrees in Chicago since I got them, and I have to say my feet have stayed pretty warm! I like having the fabric at the top for design, but it's also nice and warm around my calves.

Love these boots! Definitely need to order a size up. Comfy, and not as clunky as typical snow boots.

These boots fit true to size and are comfortable. However, my feet get cold while wearing these boots outside.

The boots are adorable and I will probably order them in olive green as well. I wear a true size 6.5 and the size 7 feels comfortable. I haven't worn them outside of the house yet so I can't speak to comfort or warmth. HOWEVER, the first pair of boots Zappos sent me looked used with some kind of weird substance in the lining and just appeared worn. I spoke with a representative (who was super sweet and great by the way) and I exchanged them for a new pair. Shipping was fast and I got my new pair in the mail today. WEIRD thing is though-- the second pair that was sent to me looks used as well! The soles are clean, so it doesn't appear anyone wore them outside-- but at the ankle it is visibly bent (you know how shoes crease at the pressure points after you wear them for awhile). These boots are expensive, I saved for months before buying them-- and I must say, receiving boots that look used is a major bummer.

Boots felt fine, but one of shoelace holes metal piece broke off when I received.

DON'T SIZE UP! Love this shoe. I really tried to make it work, IE thick socks & Insoles. But ultimately it's too big. Previous reviews suggested to size up, I got a 10 (normally I'm a size 9 but there are no 9.5's). It's too big. Now ordering the size 9 to see if it fits, but it's no longer available in the color I want. Overall, it's light weight for a snow boot, not super bulky like other brands, and is very comfortable. I love in a city and walk my dog, so I need it to be comfortable for every day wear without feeling like I have brick feet. It's also very cute to be able to wear into a restaurant for brunch etc

Boots are very light weight and cute. Unfortunately they are just too wide for my daughters foot.

Love these boots and had very high hopes. Everything about them was great, but they run a little short. I wear a size 11, medium width - leaning toward narrow. A thin pair of socks had my toes jammed to the tip of the boot. As tempted as I was to keep them, I knew it would be a mistake, so had to return. No option to size up :(

Great arch and heel support, but my feet kept sliding forward even with thicker socks. Very cute look.

My daughter ordered these boots for her primary winter boot. She has specific style and taste, but we want her to have something WARM for our cold Northern winters. She loved the style and they look like warm boots. We needed to return so that we can exchange for a size larger. These boots run small.

I went half a size up and they fit perfect. They are also very warm! I’m impressed my feet haven’t gotten cold yet.

They fit very snug, I’m normally a 7.5 and thought sizing up to an 8 would leave room for thick socks but I won’t be able to have them fit with my thickest - no desire for a 9 though. They are fairly heavy in the sole, but I love the design and fabric quality so am very pleased overall. Sizing was the only part with slight disappointment.

Cute boots for wet weather, not warm in the snow at all

I like the shoes. The size was a good fit but the width was too narrow for my wide feet.

This is a good-looking boot but too wide for me in the heel and there was constant slippage. One foot felt too short, my toes were against the very top in my normal size. Overall, the boot felt quite heavy and cumbersome as well. I was concerned about tripping in them. Too bad, I was happy they were American-made but no-go for me!

These are so cute but didn’t fit. I wear a 9, ordered a 9. Sent back. Ended up getting the Sorel Explorer Joan instead. Waaaaay better.

They fit like the size that I ordered. The heel is significant and the reason that I returned them. Just too high. I walk a lot in the winter and knew that I wouldn't get used to it. If the boot was flatter I would have kept them.

Were not as waterproof as I was hoping. I have worn these through 2 snowy winters and I can't wear them when I will be outside for a long period of time.

The look was good, this is the worse pair of boots I have owned. I had to put in a insert because they hurt my feet so bad… I figured I can return them because I do not have big they came in. I had to adjust the felt like liner by the heal, in one of the boots.
