Great at first but once it gets wet it's no longer warm. While playing in the snow it fell off and that was it. It was too wet to put back on. Also, it does not retain its size. It stretches and is more likely to fall off. I have a lot of hair and it shifted off a lot. My bald husband did not have a problem. That is until we started playing in the snow and it got wet. My daughter's $6 beanie from Academy held up better to the use and play.

It's tight so I can't keep it on that long

I ended up returning the Salty Dog hat because it wasn't comfortable on my head. I felt it was too heavy and I bought two other hats from NorthFace instead which I love!

Does not fit as expected.

I don't have a large head by any means and the hat is honestly too tight. When I take it off, there are clear markings on my forehead that match the hat and they take awhile to go away.

I head been looking at these for a long time and finally decided to buy it. I chose red because of the association to commercial dibers. I also chose the Salty Dog because of the look. Once I received it it was red with black areas in the pattern. The photo shows them as red and that is also how they are advertised in the color selection. They are falsly advertised by their color. It also stretched out after wearing it for a day and was loose on my head. I an very disappointed in the product.

This hat is purple- not blue.

Too big and does not fit well.

Because if inner lining it sits too high on head. The picture is deceiving. Have to work every time I put it on to get it to look like pic. However I love your sweatshirts. Have 2 of them.

I took delivery of the hat just within the last two weeks. The hat is very warm, the best I've ever owned, period. However, with normal usage, the lining has already separated from the knit.

are these made for tiny headed children???

this hat, in this color, was too small for me, and i have a s-m size head. seems like a child's size hat to me. also, the color was strange...not really brown.

Bought this one for only 3 months without wearing it at all and it starts pilling quality is not what I have expected.

One size fits all fits to tight . Unless you have a tiny head haha.

It took 20 days to receive my beanie.

Fits small. For Smaller size heads or children.

Child size. not adult size. Too snug.

I love this hat but had to buy it in person as my delivery from North Face via Lasership never arrived. North Face refused to refund because Lasership also lost my last delivery. Great product, horrible shipping.

Runs super small. Doesn't even fit my 10 year old!

Completely bummed and disappointed. I was excited to get a free beanie to match my coat. This beanie is meant for a toddler. So tight, no wonder it was free!

Way too small for a man's head.

acrylic is a horrible material to make a beanie out of. Please use wool cause this will just end up in a landfill.
