Fits true to size. 6' and 205 and a large fits well. Seems warm, which is good because I'm a huge baby about the cold. I'm still waiting to see how it handles the wind and I'll report back. I've only used it in 30 degree weather so far. Wish it had an inside pocket but I can live without it.

Bought for our 17 year old son in preparation for the cold days when he goes to college in the North East next year - it seems to be warm enough for the Mid-Atlantic winters, but not convinced that this offers enough warmth for Boston winters.

Bought 1 for me, and 1 for my wife. NYC winters can be mild - or they can be bitter. We needed something flexible that could serve both purposes. The removable inner layer makes it great for those "windy but not so cold days". Wearing the inner layer alone is plenty warm, but NYC has been getting a lot of snow and extra cold days so we've been wearing both layers. It's not cumbersome or restrictive like other winter coats, and it seems to be very durable. I'd say I'd buy this again and again - but I doubt I will need to any time soon. HIGHLY recommend this jacket.

I've owned this jacket for 6 months and from the moment I got it, it instantly became my go-to jacket for nearly everything easily supplanting my bulky McMurdo parka. So far I only have experience with it in the winter and the Thermoball inner on a flight to Miami (for the cold flight and packability). I mention its versatility because indoors I can keep it on for a while before I start to feel hot and expect to use the inner and outer in the spring-fall for camping trips. Temperature-wise, I've used it down to about -23 C (-9 f) paired with a nice thick hoodie and long sleeve and it handles harsh lakefront winds and snow/rain without issue. A criticism inherent in most Triclimate jackets is that the outer isn't warm enough to keep your hands warm. Another issue I have is that when fully zipped the neck region is not snug enough to prevent wind from coming in.

Very comfortable and looks amazing in yellow. Not the warmest jacket but if it's above 15-20 you will do just fine. I'm heavier set and my regular size fit just perfect

I didn't have the highest hopes after I send my other jacket in for repair and then finding out it couldn't be repaired. But thank god because this jacket was a major up grade.

Like the fact that it is light and very comfortable to wear. Have worn North Face gear in two "Camino de Santiago" travels in 2017 & 2019 as well as my wife and daughter. My gear is in great shape and still use it. I will be using this jacket for our upcoming trip to Patagonia and I am quite sure that it will do the job.

We went skiing out in Colorado and my side bought me this jacket for my Birthday. The jacket was great in the fresh powder. It looked, fit, and performed great in the Colorado mountains. Thanks North Face!

Great for cold rainy winters in the South

Great Jacket. Got the Flag Blue color.. Get compliments on it all the time. The wind breaker is light and easy to fold. Used it to travel from cold to warm climate and it was perfect because it's light and doesn't take space.

Classic, recognizable Northface style. I love this color scheme and it goes with whatever I wear. I intend on wearing this as a casual winter jacket and as it gets broken in I'll wear it more for outdoor activities. Looking forward to getting some use out of it in the coming weeks, I live in northeast Pennsylvania and it's about to seriously drop in temperature.

winter and summer use

This coat came just in time for me to wear to a Patriots' Game! It was comfortable and kept me warm!

I love the thermoball jackets! I just needed a shell to go with it.

I purchase this item for myself and de used to get one for my brother and mother for Christmas. They absolutely love it. I will be purchasing another one for my younger brother as well. I purchased mine last year and I love it.

I love it. Everything is good. Except one thing, I hope it has an inner pocket for passport, so I can travel everywhere.

As I started to wear my new jacket, I took it out for a try. I didn't wear a sweater underneath and the jacket did it job. It kept me warm.
