The shoes are cuter than I thought they would be. My son needs a wide. These did not feel wide to him and the hurt the top of his foot right above where the shoe laces begin. Tried 4.5 and a 5. Luckily, New Balance says they will make a wide basketball shoe within the year. Not sure what we will do for this season though.

These are awful! Bought a pair for my son for basketball. After the first wear, the inside sole/lining was all scrunched up in the toe. Zappos retuned them for me no problem - best customer service ever! - got another pair and the same thing happened after the first wear. I’ve never had that happen with shoes. Don’t risk it!

We have had these shoes for about 6 weeks and one of the loops that holds the laces has ripped off making it impossible to lace the shoe properly.
