THESE SHOES ARE TERRIBLE! Adidas has eliminated the loop on the tongue of the shoes that you weave your laces through to keep the tongue in place. Apparently, friction between your foot, the tongue and the shoe laces is suppose to be adequate. Well, it's not!! The tongue creeps all over the place and my son HATES them! He's wearing his old broken down summer shoes because these are so uncomfortable. I don't believe that adidas actually product tested this concept with actual children because they would seen that it was DOA!

Thank goodness, Adidas makes wide sneakers! These are very comfortable and look good. The last pair of these lasted a very long time. Adidas, PLEASE make more varieties of wide basketball shoes!

My 10 yr old son has moderately flat feet that pronate. These worked great for him for basketball. They are comfy and supportive and allow him to play without worrying about his feet. Great shoes!

I didn’t particularly care for the shoes when my daughter found them on Zappos. But the actual product is amazing!! The picture didn’t do them justice at all. I’ve been a Zappos customer for quite some time and I don’t see any reason to shop anywhere else...eventhough I’m not a fan of online shopping....and the next day delivery is the best in the business

My son needed a wider shoe to fit some orthotics that he has to wear to prevent tip toeing. He really liked the style of these shoes. The wide size allows the shoe to fit while he is wearing the brace.

My 9 year old son has high profile feet and so I went with the wide width in this shoe thinking it would give him a little extra room. They are perfect and he loves them! Couldn’t wait to wear them to school today. They were his favorite pair in both look and feel among the 4 pairs of basketball shoes he tried out. He also likes that the laces are longer than the others he tried which makes them easier to tie and stay tied.

Approved by my very hard to please 9-year-old boy. He generally doesn’t like how new shoes feel, but these were comfortable for him right out of the box. Also great to find wide-width shoes for kids!

This is the 3rd pair of these exact shoes for my 8 year old son (over three different sizes) - he LOVES them. He loves the look, they are easy to get on and off, and they fit his very hard-to-fit wide feet. My only complaint is that over time, the insole gets bunchy and comes out. But usually by then he's ready for the next size up anyway. It's hard to find wide shoes, and these fit the bill. As far as I can tell, they are true to size... He measured a 2.5, and liked how the 3 fits in the toe box; they seem a bit long but it doesn't bother him. He can "run super fast!"

My son is about almost 7, average height. He typically wears Tsukioshis because we live in Texas and it's so hot in the summer the kids hate to wear socks, and that brand advertises itself as washable. He started a basketball league. These were the only real "basketball" shoes I found on Zappos. We like Adidas and these were priced right, so we got them. While I don't love the light gray color--wish it were a bit darker gray--they have been very comfortable and a big hit with him. He has been wearing them not only for basketball this summer (once a week), with socks, but now that school has started, is wearing them daily for the last two weeks while some other shoes are still on order, or getting returned. So far, so good. No blisters, no complaints, no signs of wear. They only came in wide, but in retrospect, I suspect his foot, especially at the front, may be a bit wide, so these have been perfect. He is wearing a size 2.5 (W) in this model and it's perfect for him. The laces are a bit long, and sometimes we triple tie them, or his coach would tuck them in for him. This is a very successful shoe that Adidas should make in more colors and style variations, or that Zappos should carry.

Shoes fit very well in my daughter feet and this kind of shoes is very comfort and great arch/ankle support.

My son was questionable if this is what he wanted but once we purchase them they are nice fit and they fit nice around the ankles. We bought another pair of Adidas shoes a year ago and they lasted a long time so hopefully these will be just as effective.

Had to return because my daughter’s foot was bigger than I knew. Ordered the next size up. Great for middle school basketball.

My son has very wide feet and these were the nicest option without going for a blah black or white pair of basketball shoes. He did not complain of any pain or blistering. Great shoe for price.

Love these shoes. My son wants a responsive shoe, but he also craves a roomy toe box, and those two things don't go well together! These provide just the traction & support he wants to feel nimble on the court, without being too stiff. The laces are the right length, they are reasonably durable, and the tongue in the shoe fits properly to cushion from the lacing (we have had problems in these areas with other shoes, which is why I commented). Suggestion: I wish all the color options had a WHITE sole, since some courts prohibit dark sole shoes.

Great fit for wide foot. Wish the top was all netting instead of leather/hard toe cover. All net is usually best for wide feet. My son loves them.
