Gorgeous shoe, but too small.

Love this shoe but is too small.

Shape makes shoe look bulky

The shoe is beautiful. Unfortunately, the heel digs into my skin immediately upon trying them on, so I know I could not wear them all day.

The narrow was too wide at the heels for me, so I sent them back. They are out of black leather in the Slim, so I'm out of luck.

I wear 10 W and that's what I ordered. They were not wide enough, and not long enough. I did like the look of the shoe, just didn't fit right.

Nice quality and like the style. This shoe runs small and narrow. I ordered a 7 1/2 M and I usually wear a narrow. I will be returning them.

I wear a 10 in most shoes and have a wide foot, but the 10W was too big. Returned and re-ordered in 9W and the fit is good and I received it overnight with standard free shipping. Even though I have a wide foot I have a narrow heel and it is not slipping. I am 62 and was looking for a dress shoe with a heel but not the tall heels I used to wear. This shoe is attractive and does not look frumpy. Great customer service and products.

First, I think that in general, Vaneli shoes and sandals (not boots) tend toward medium-narrow, so if you have a narrower foot, this is a good shoe. In the past I have always worn 5.5 M in Vaneli shoes (and other brands for the most part) and sandals but I think they have changed their sizing and I had to order a 6M in this style as the 5.5M was too tight. Is it true to size? I would say order a half size up in closed shoe styles from what you normally wear. I got these in suede and they feel comfortable, the heel is not too chunky and I like the modest boost in height. Overall it's a nice shoe that can be dressed up or down.

This black suede pump with a 2 in. heel is attractive and comfortable. I think than Vaneli has changed its sizing in recent years as all my shoes from this brand in the past were 5.5M. I think that Vaneli's Medium runs towards Narrow. That being said, the exception might be their booties which I found were larger and wider than expected. I ended up returning the 5.5M for 6M and with the help of an insert, it will work just fine.

This shoe is comfortable and true to size. The heel height is perfect for those who want something comfortable with a low heel.

Have to return them since this heel seems more like a medium than a narrow. I slip out of them.

Loved the style of this shoe! Very sleek and timeless, perfect for work as well as nights out. Very polished with both pants and dresses. I am a true 9 and this shoe felt a bit narrow so I am going to return and try the wide.

Very tight in the toe box.

I ordered the 9.5 W and it was not comfortable. I have bunions which make finding a shoe that is comfortable a challenge. I ended up buying the Walking Cradles, "Joy". It was comfortable and stylish.

Loved the shoe. I wear an 8W reliably. This W felt like a normal or B, not a W at all. Seems like a brand for those with narrow feet. Returned as my toe bones themselves were highly compressed in this shoe.

I got this in black suede. Bottom line: LOVE the look, but not wide enough, and not much padding. The good: I've always thought black suede shoes are elegant, but I would say this shoe is the most beautiful, elegant shoe I've ever worn. Everything about the shape and proportions of it are just perfect, and extremely flattering in my eye. The heel is wide enough to be very stable - I don't feel the need to place my feet carefully like I do with a thinner heel. But at the same time, they manage to look higher and more dressy than most shoes with a 2 inch heel. The not so good: I typically get size 7WW in casual, low heeled shoes, whether they be athletic shoes or sandals. In heels, I don't usually get 7WW, even if available, because the available width + heel height allows my foot to slide all the way forward, crushing my toes against the front and leaving a gap at the heel. So I get 7.5 W if the heel is 2" or higher. In this shoe, 7.5 W was just not wide enough, although I still had a little bit of a gap at the heel. Also, there's not much padding at the ball of the foot. I put thin silicon ball of foot liners in the front, which had the effect of snugging it up in the heel (no gap or slippage), but of course that only exacerbated the width problem. End result - beautiful shoes, stable, firmly on my feet (no fear of walking out of them), but quickly painful to walk in. The fact that I'm overweight contributes to that. Definitely not for someone at the higher end of a D width, and not padded enough for someone on the heavy side, but otherwise, it's a gorgeous shoe.

Vaneli is usually the perfect fit for me for classy /business dressing. the show was perfect except the very end where the big toe touched the end of the shoe. these shoes had an rounded end, it would be so much better if they were square at the end. I knew I could not wear the next size up, but my big toe was bumping against the end. Had to return them, otherwise it is a beautiful shoe , fit like a glove. I'm a size 10.5.

These pumps are stylish but walkable. Unfortunately, they felt a bit too small and tight for me. It could be me because I am in between sizes but these are worth trying out and keeping if they fit your foot.

Style was a bit grandmotherly. But stable. The heel support wasn’t that good though.

Soft leather, elegant & perfect height to wear with slack or dresses. Only but is that it had no padding.

The styling of these shoes is very nice and the heel height is good. However, they are incredibly narrow. I tried going up to the size 8, but same issue. I am surprised for a couple of reasons. First is that about half the shoes I try on in a med width are too wide for my foot, this is the first style I can remember being too narrow. Second is that I tried this same shoe in the beige patent and the 8B was too big, including too wide. That's why I tried the 7.5M first, but even the 8M was way too narrow. Very inconsistent sizeing for Vaneli.
