The back is too high which rubs and causes blisters to form.

I also own this ballet flat style shoe in black in a size 8W. Naturally, I ordered an 8W in pink, but sadly, it ran smaller than the black shoe. Sadly, while both seem to be the proper width, the pink shoe felt more like a 7.5, or 7.75, but not as long as my size 8 black shoe. So, I have to return it. The materials appear to be well made, but the arch isn't quite there, in my opinion. Additionally, I must say, I've had my black pair for quite some time now, but I rarely wear it. Why? The rubber material they use for this sole wears quite quickly. As a flat, you're not aware of it as you slip it on and off until you carefully inspect it.

I was very excited to get the shoes because all the other reviews were so high. Unfortunately for me, these did not work out very well. I got the shoes according to the VIONIC website shoe size chart. I am normally a 40.5-41, so I got these in a 9, but I should have gone with my normal US shoe size which is a 10, or maybe 9.5. I think the 9.5 might have fit. The width was pretty good, but the molded footbed was still too narrow for me. I guess I have really wide feet. My bad, not VIONIC's. The style looks cute on the website, but on my big wide feet, it's not as cute. Oh well. I'll have to try another style and size, but impressed by the footbed. I hope it is better on the next style I try.

Shoes fit true to size. Loved the arch support and the style is cute without feeling or looking bulky. I have mild bunions and this shoes felt great. The reason I returned was the back of the shoes, which is not padded. It gave me blisters even with inside the house trial wear. I could have tried with heel liners, but for the price i didn't feel like it. Maybe if it goes on sale.

Really wanted to like/keep these shoes! I have a bunion and these shoes provided enough stretch and comfort which I was thrilled about. The challenge as another reviewer mentioned is the high back which rubbed alot against both feet while I walked around the house so I had to send them back.

Nice flat with good arch support. Unfortunately it is way too wide for my feet so it is going back.

I own other pairs of Vionic brand shoes, and needed a pair of flats for an upcoming trip , so was looking forward to get a nice supportive pair. While I liked the look of these shoes, I had ordered a size 7 1/2 and a size 8, however, both sizes were much too wide. I normally wear a medium width, but these were very wide, so both pair had to be returned.

This is an improved ballet flat for vionic and I love the new heel shape and the way the heel material sort of wraps your heel. I always seem to slip out of flats, but this style stayed put. The style is cute , but in the end I had to return as the rounded toe shape seemed to aggravate my slight bunion and squinch my toes more than I could handle. I think I need to give up on this style and stick to more squared off toe boxes.

My college aged daughter has gone through two pairs of these shoes in less than a year. We were so happy to have found them, because she is hard to fit and they fit like a dream. She loved the support as well. Unfortunately, the leather may as well be kidskin, it's so thin and easy to ruin. She is not hard on shoes, and I have seen a similar trend in other footwear lately. These shoes are comfortable enough for every day wear, but they don't hold up. Why buy expensive shoes that will just fall apart in a couple of months?

It looks nice in the style to go with a variety of clothing, but didn’t fit well in the length. Vionic says they have great arch support, it was just meh.

I really wanted these shoes to work out for me. The fit was great and it had moderate support but the back of the shoe has a higher part to it that completely cut the back of my feet. It created several cuts. The heel part of the shoe is quite low so it was constantly hitting that part of my foot. So sad. The style is lovely, the pink seems a little too bright, a paper version would be nicer for professional dress.

I love Vionics however I couldn't love these shoes. My heel was too narrow and the shoe kept slipping up. Also, there wasn't much arch support, which is why I buy Vionics. Unfortunately I am sending these shoes back. I'll try something else from Vionic.

I should have returned these. The back rubs my foot, causing blisters. Even moleskin hasn’t prevented the pain.

Not cute. Comfy, to the point I almost kept them, but nope.

These are comfortable but the material is cheap and after about a dozen wears (normal days shopping, etc.), there are large spots where material is flaking, etc. Very disappointing!

I change my previous review! Wore these around the house a good 5-10min and the heel started the rub. The heel tab is a terrible design. Otherwise the shoe would be great.

Atypical for Vionic to miss the sizing, this was too short always a 12 in vionic although sometimes need wide, sometimes med/reg. This shoe was too short, and in the 12W was also too narrow. Ordered straight from zappos AT FULL PRICE and they shipped IN A GENERIC BOX

These shoes were a but too big and given that they were flats they were sliding off my foot, so I had to return. I also ordered in another color and they were too small. I was disappointed that there was this disparity between the two pairs of shoes, neither of which I could keep. I returned both. Vionic haa great shoes so I'll be ordering a different style, but not the flats.

Way too small. Not wide, and at least a size smaller than listed.

Fit was good - 6.5 Wide. The leather is nice and soft and comfortable to wear

These are my favorite shoes in red- but the taupe was too stiff. Ice almost worn them out, I love them for standing ot walking all day- even even traveled overseas in them!

It does not fit me. Nothing wrong with the shoe.

The shoes are comfortable but a little on the short side. I wear a 10w which is what I ordered and my toes are crowded into the shoe. I’d love to keep them but believe my toes could not handle a full day of being scrunched. Returned. Next size not available or would have exchanged.
