Very cute, not too clunky, just the right amount of clunky- looks great with skinny jeans and i'm sure a skirt/leggings combo. Fits a little loose in the heel but maybe with thicker socks... there's a squeak when i walk in the house on hardwood - that will be a problem if that doesn't stop!! I bought these for a winter trip to a city where there could be snow, or rain and lots of walking - so i'm hoping to break them in and the squeak stops. I'll update the review with my findings, lol. I LOVE shoe research! and Zappos!

My search for the perfect boot is over. They are:
comfortable (and sufficient room in the toe box!)
waterproof
sturdy
stylish
affordable
nice looking (the burgundy is gorgeous and will go with many colors)
This is definitely going to be my everyday boot this winter. Cute with leggings or jeans or under boot cut style jeans. Could probably wear with leggings and a dress or skirt but not sure. They are sturdy enough to take a little bit of a beating but still stylish. I initially bought the Taos crave in a similar color but after much himming and hawing I decided these are a better choice. The Taos are super cute but it seemed like they weren't very durable and would get scuffed up quickly (other reviewers posted pics). And for a $200 dollar boot that is not acceptable. I also found the Timberlands to be a bit more comfortable and better fit as well. They felt a little bit big but that's ok because I want to wear them with thick socks. Although they are waterproof I will still use a leather conditioner and protectant (I recommend Obenauf's Heavy Duty LP)

I love the Timberand Jayne 6 inch WP Burgundy Full Grain boots! These were given to me by view points. I was aware of Timberland I own a few pair but I wasn't aware of this particular style of boot. This boot is gorgeous! This boot is more feminine than some of the other boots in Timberland's line. They aren't as heavy or clunky as some of the other styles. The pop of color adds style and sexiness to jean outfit or a little edge to a dress! I love them. Durable, comfortable to walk in and they aren't as heavy as other styles. I would purchase the Jayne 6" WP Burgundy full grain again in another color! These shoes are gorgeous. I would totally recommend the Jayne Burgundy Full Grain to someone to who wants style, durablity, and comfort! Great pop of color, perfect for the fall and the beginning of winter ! I'm excited I got the chance to try these boots ! I plan to buy another pair in a different color !

I've worn Timberlands all my life. These boots never fail to hold up to the terrain! They are always true to size and fit perfectly always. I love the color of these shoes omg!!! I've never seen this color before i got them. I will always stay a Timberlands customer forever!

I have been a wearer of timberland for years vut i recently stopped wearing them. I received the Jayne 6" WP Burgundy Full-Grain as a gift and I was excited but also unsure if I would like them.
When they arrived and I opened them I couldnt believe how fresh and moist the leather was. It was amazing and sleek. I found my live again for timberland because of these shies. They have protected my feet from rain, debri, and the elements but they are comfortable and soft. Best boots ever! Also the color is unique and I cant be more then happy to show them off.

I love these shoes! They are really cute, comfortable, and practical. I live in Chicago, and we get a lot of snow and rain, and so I love that these are waterproof. They are great to walk around the city in, and look really cute with jeans and leggings. They are a little expensive, but are such great quality and I feel that it's worth the price, because I think they'll last me a very long time.

I love my Timberland boots! They are such high quality and feel very comfortable on my feet and they even more make my feet feel safe from getting wet or any type of impact.I love the toughness yet soft leather that covers most of the boot .The variety of colors and styles are so many i cant wait to get more timberland boots and shoes in the near future because i love them that much!!! I am so glad i have finally experienced the magic of these really amazing timberland boots that make me feel sexy, stylish and comfortable while being trendy.I can use my boots for different ocassions which is the absolute best and im just so incredibly excited !! Thank you!!

I have one leg in a cast and the other is sprained and swollen, so the accuracy of the fit is hard to tell. It feels a bit tight but I'm sure it will fit and feel more comfortable once the swelling goes down -- otherwise, these shoes are great.

The boot is really soft and comfortable. Would have been great if I could use it in the winter. But the boot was narrow for my feet, couldn't wear thick socks with it. I would suggest buying it a half size bigger.

I like these boots. Unfortunately I had to return them because I ordered a size 7 (usual size) and they were a half size too big. Apparently 6.5 is perfect with Timberland shoes for me. What I didnt like most was the height of them. I got the hiking boots as well and they are about 3/4 of an inch shorter at the ankle and that made all the difference for me with my super short legs. Really wish these guys were just that little bit shorter at the ankle!

I bought these boots for the winter because it has been snowing a lot where I live. I haven't worn them out yet but they're really nice and fit really well. I'm usually a size 6.5 in shoes and I got 6.5 and they fit nicely (enough room for me to wear fuzzy socks if I wanted). I got them in burgundy but I actually wanted the light brown ones which were unfortunately out of stock. I expected the burgundy to be a little lighter than they are but they're actually on the darker side which I think is a bit better for matching with outfits!

Best boots I ever purchased. I have had these for a few years now. The tongue on one of the boots went a little wonky with wear fairly quickly but still my favorite pair. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I would like to replace the laces but can't find where to purchase them. Last time I was in the store they said they didn't have them.
