I am very disappointed in the quality of these boots. The material of the heal is coming off. I purchased these boots in September and only wore them 3 times. Each time I have worn them was to work in which I sit at a desk and do not even step outside. I followed the warranty claim process and was denied the warranty because of "misuse and abuse" to the product. This is a terrible way to represent your brand. My first and last pair of Timberland boots.

Got these for Christmas and loved them but after wearing them for a short amount of time, the bottom of the heal started peeling off!! Really disappointed

So disappointed I had to return this, if it had a side zipper to get in would have been better but the elastic gusset on the sides was not enough to get my instep in.
