Well for the money you cannot beat any of the Arc'teryx beanie hats, superbly made from quality materials and fit is just sublime...nice snug fit and just the right warmth without being to hot. The design print/stiching on these hats is always tastfull and really does get you noticed! Highly recommended!

Great hat(s). I have 2x RHO ltw, 2x bird toque and 3 others (Molly Moe). That should say it all right there.

I own a bunch of toques as I am highly active outdoors in a multitude of activities. Skiing (inbounds and backcountry), xc skiing, running, kayaking, mountain biking, hiking and climbing... This toque is simply awesome! Although I own several from other brands including some with Gore-tex and Windstopper membranes, this is my absolute favorite toque and I nearly always default to it, especially when it gets cold out. It breathes quite well and there is a fleece lining/headband around the bottom that covers your ears, etc... I live, work and play in the Canadian Rockies and the Birdhead Toque has never once let me down. It is comfortable all day, just the right combo of warmth and breathable factor. I have even worn it when running or xc skiing in downpours and though not waterproof, it kept my head warm every time without any ill effects afterwards. I like this one so much I have several colors to match different outfits, depending on what I am doing. I hope that Arc'Teryx makes this toque forever as I absolutly love it and no other will take it's place. I accidentally lost one while skiing once and was very sad even though I had others at home. Like most things Arc'Teryx, this is an awesome toque! It fits well, feels good, looks good! No matter where I am you will always find this on my head or in my pack. It is well made and lasts! I bought my wife, my in-laws and nearly every other member of my family this exact toque! It is that good!

Great beanie, warm and comfortable can be used for all occasions

Definitely a winter hat as very warm to wear, and with a good range of colours to choose from. When I first tried it on, I thought the tight fit might be annoying, but it is actually very comfortable and stops the wind whistling around your ears!

I owned few toque and i love every single one, size fits all, the only problem i have wind conditions feels little cold on my head, ears pretty warm

I have purchased 3 of these hats over the years - different colours / styles - they are warm and comfortable.

This has become my default headgear option for cold to very cold conditions. Having a shaved head, an itch-free beanie is crucial, and the soft, warm interior fleece earband is key for that. The "one size fits all" is always a little risky, but even having a bigger-than-average dome, this piece stretches just the right amount to fit snug but not tight on me. It is very warm though, so it's more for belay, descents, or looking good around town, than for when working hard going uphill. I liked it so much I ended up getting a couple in different colours.

Great purchase! Warm, comfortable and fits well. I'm abt a 7 and 3/8 hat size and it covers me ears very well. I bought the blackbird version, which looks great as well.

if you wear a beanie, wear one of these ,,i now have 3 , in different colours,,they really are that good

I have a winter 2015/16 colour (pink tulip), no longer available. The fit is smart, "more/longer fabric" on the back than in the front. Perfect hat, I could have 2-3 more, different colours!
